Fake amber
I'm pretty sure this is not amber. I bought this to make "nalewka bursztynowa" - i.e. amber dissolved in 190 proof alcohol as a folk remedy. This product doesn't dissolve or smell like the amber that my co-worker brought me from Poland (specifically sold to for nalewka burstynowa). Nor does it have the same feel or texture. It feels like plastic beads, which is what I think it is.Includes a "Certificate of authenticity", which appears individually numbered, but obviously the number is pre-printed. (My package was the same number as in the picture!) I also tried black-light and salt water tests, which didn't convince me either. The black-light test was ambiguous: some beads fluoresced a little bit... maybe? (or am I tricking myself?) The salt water test failed.

Nice quality but why in the world would they make ...
It's ok. However, why in the world would they make the necklace so small? I understand they do not want to make it really long so there is a risk of harm to baby which I appreciate. My baby will not be able to wear this for long. I'm going to end up having to buy another one that is a bit bigger just to grow with him through the rest of infancy and into toddlerhood. The necklace I got is also not 32cm as this ad claims they are. It's a couple cm off actually. And I'm almost 100% certain the amber is not real nor authentic. My daughter had an amber necklace that grew with her all the way through toddlerhood and was the perfect length for safety and did its job very well, along with being real amber. I guess that is what I get for trying something new. Should have went and bought the same one for my son. Not impressed with this necklace and will not buy from this company again. I don't recommend this necklace and will probably be purchasing a new one in the next month or so from somewhere else.

Both of my sons wore this specific necklace and it was amazing for both of them
This was our first teething necklace, we got it a year ago. It fit very well. Has a safety screw back. Both of my sons wore this specific necklace and it was amazing for both of them. They were both cutting teeth real bad and I felt like nothing was soothing them. The night that we got this and put it on, they slept like they have been sleep deprived for months. Since then, I am a firm believer of this necklace and have recommended it several times.

Nice quality, very cute.
Not giving 5 stars simply because it hasn't caused any noticeable improvements. Looks cute, longer than expected though, so I wrap it around my baby's wrist or ankle.Has NOT helped with drooling, unfortunately. I'm thinking amber just doesn't work as well with kid #2 as it did with #1!

Real deal
This necklace has changed my life. My baby girl was teething really bad. Very cranky and uncomfortable. Since she started wearing the necklace it has eased the symptoms. I took it off for a few days and noticed the difference; all of her pain and discomfort came back. So I am a huge believer that it works!

Didn't notice much
My baby wore this for about two weeks while she was teething terribly. I took it off every time she fell asleep but never really noticed much of a change in her attitude with the teething. I'm glad I tried it but didn't notice anything different.
