What does it coms with?

It has a drying rack the bottom part and the sticks are to hang bottles the small ones are the for the nipple bottles.

Will it hold 8 oz bottles?

Yup, I have 4, 6, and 9oz bottles on mine.

Does it work well with glass bottles on this rack? I use both avent and dr. brown bottles.

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. It's Great for both plastic and glass bottles. We've put 2 glass bottles and 3 plastic bottles on bottle drying rack while shooting pictures. You could see them on images.

Was this supposed to come with directions? I got mine in the mail, but there are no directions.

No directions! Be careful using as the balls come off and can get stuck in bottle nipples. This was a cheaply made product and would not recommend.
