Just what I was looking for!
These are great! I bought them along with the hip bands so my fiancé could do his PT exercises at home and he loves them. They're very durable and the different resistant levels is great when he wants to take it easy some days.

Good Value Pack
While these aren't the highest quality, I think they're great for the price. The bands do roll on my legs at times, but I don't really have a problem with it. The sliding discs were a nice bonus and work well on carpet and hard floors.

The bands are good quality. Be careful on hard wood with the slider discs cause the hard plastic sort of scratched mine up.

Awesome loops and sliders
These are great for 80 Day Obsession. The bands stay in place through my work out sessions. The cloth side of the sliders are perfect for my wood floors.

Bands are cheap
Got this item to use for 80 Day Obsession and was disappointed. Sliders work wonderfully but the bands roll constantly. Couldn’t keep the bands in place or stop from rolling. Was very frustrated.

They work great!
I purchased these for the 80 day obsession work out. The bands works perfectly so far. The slides could be a bit wider, but for the price they work fine. I like the bag to keep it all organized after each work out. -- the name of the brand is misspelled on the bands.

Frustrating
The bands do not stay in place, they all ended up rolling and are almost impossible to keep straight, the foot slides wont stay on your feet and constantly slide off in the middle of a movement.
