High quality product easy to swallow!
These prenatals that I bought for my daughter came highly recommend for their quality by her health conscious pediatric chiropractor. We took her word for her high opinion on this product since we have complete trust in her research. They seemed pricey until you do the math on the quantity you get since there are three months worth. I love the fact they have no artificial eyes in them my daughter reports that they are easy to swallow. This is huge because she can’t take ones that are not. She said only the one pill has a little taste but it’s not bad at all compared to other brands she tried.

A good, comprehensive prenatal vitamin set!
I used the preconception vitamins from this brand (after much research to help fertility!) prior to getting pregnant and immediately switched to this set of vitamins- they’re a bit more pricey than others BUT have all of the things I was looking for- choline, folic acid, DHA, etc. It’s hard to find one vitamin with everything that’s recommended, and I like how these daily doses are formatted. The pink pill (now a brown color?) is VERY smelly, so I have to hold my breath when I open it and take it. The smell did make me gag in the first trimester, and I had to switch to taking the vitamins at night to avoid nausea. That helped a lot! I didn’t have any issues with constipation like some reviewers.I just had my 20 week scan and baby is measuring right on schedule, super healthy! I am a picky eater and have a hard time eating enough nutrient dense foods, so having a really good set of high quality prenatals puts my mind at ease, not only for the health of my baby but for my own health :) Overall, I would recommend these and I feel like they have been very important for growing my sweet baby to be healthy.

B vitamin overdose!!
The amount of B6 and B12 in these three pills per day seems to exceed what’s considered safe. They have 48mg of B6 which is 2400% over the recommended daily value and 12mcg of B12 which is 429% above the recommended daily value. My doctor told me that these high dosages could increase the risk of autism in the baby when I told him I was experiencing odd side effects from the prenatal. Can someone please help me understand how these levels were passed as safe? Maybe I am missing something! I stopped taking them and would not recommend to anyone.

Great Prenatal!
Did a lot of research on prenatals and the amounts of all the minerals and vitamins you need from clinical studies and this was the prenatal with the closest amount of everything you need. Had an amazing uncomplicated pregnancy, and have a perfectly healthy baby now, still taking after and feeling amazing. No issues with my stomach when taking them and love that they’re third party tested. Now will be getting the lactation version for breastfeeding.

Great prenatal, but take with food!!!
Generally speaking, I liked these prenatals and think they are helping me a lot in my first trimester! However, it is a MUST to take these with a very full meal, preferably in the evening.I had my midwife check these out for me, as well as doing some research myself. I was very pleased to find that these contain the right levels of the necessary vitamins for pregnant women. I am also still breastfeeding my firstborn and I think these vitamins are part of the reason why I am still able to keep up with the physical demand of breastfeeding while newly pregnant. With my first pregnancy, I was nauseous all day for probably the first four months and I wasn’t on a very good prenatal. This time around, I find that I am less nauseous if I am consistent about taking these prenatals every evening. That being said… I can’t take these in the morning or on an empty stomach. Even taking them with a light meal gives me trouble. The two times I tried taking them in the morning with breakfast, I threw everything up. Instead, I have to take them in the evening right after a very full meal, usually dinner. If I do it that way, everything stays down with a little help from a Tums or some sprite. And getting it in my system in the evening seems to greatly reduce my nausea the following day.Constipation is an issue, but that’s common with most iron supplements anyway and is somewhat expected. No issues with mold so far.Overall this has been a great prenatal and I only removed one star for the nausea I experience when taking them. A bit of trial and error helped me figure out when I can stomach them and then from that point on it’s been fine!
