5 stars for the squat pad, 3 for the bands
Love the squat pad, it’s great, it protects my neck from the bar which I love. I also use it for weighted hip thrusts and it works equally well for that. However the bands are not great, they lost their elasticity after 4 weeks of using them twice a week. They slip around and are generally uncomfortable. They don’t have very much resistance in the first place so frequently I have to double up using 2 or 3 of the bands in order to get an adequate workout.I would definitely buy the squat pad again though, like I said, very comfortable and takes all the pressure off those cervical vertebrae.

Just What I Was Looking For
The barbell always hurts my spine no matter how I adjust my back/shoulders. This pad was exactly what I needed. It attaches quickly and provides plenty of padding. Much thicker than I expected, but not heavy. Works beautifully. The bonus resistance bands were fantastic. Not something I would have purchased for myself, but now that I have them, I'm using them!

Must have for Leg workout enthusiasts
I'm so glad I purchased this Squat pad, it makes squatting heavier less stressful on the back and shoulders. Also when I do front squats on a smith machine, I can get closer to the bar, without worrying about it so close to my neck. Best piece of workout equipment. I had purchased 2 small straps to keep it tight on the bar. Ever since I got this my teenage kids are getting more interested free weights. Must have!!

Nice big thick pad that stays on the bar and doesn't rotate around. Where's this been my whole life!?? However, I thought it came with something that kept it secured onto the bar, but maybe I misread?

Comfy pads and strong bands
The pad fits nicely around any bar at the gym and is very comfortable! The bands also work very well. Nothing to complain about, these products so exactly what they need to do. The bands are good enough quality that they haven't snapped on me yet either.

Changed my Life
No more pinched neck or aggravated nerves trying to squat with a heavy a** barbell on my tiny frame. Now, the sky, sorta, is the limit!! Only con is the inability to close on the bar, so when your body releases it, it may fall off. But, we’re working out so-just bend over and put it back on! Solved

Slit in pad was too wide
This pad fell off the barbell too easily. The slit in the pad was much too wide and wouldn't stay on the barbell while I was working out. I've had others that hugged much tighter. I would not recommend this brand.
