My husband and I enjoy our salads with vinegar and oil. Its color is a pronounced yellow and is for eating not cooking. You also can put it on your toasted Italian bread with rubbed garlic and grated tomato. If you choose to use an avacado, it’s great with that . We sometimes use only grated cheese melted on it and eat it that way . It’s up to you to eat it as you please since olive oil is good for our health and this is a very good one. We really love this one !

I drizzle this on my stove top popcorn. It has a rich and robust flavor. Honestly, I did have to get used to the earthy smell. I have since ordered two more bottles.
