The machine is much faster than my old computer and I got it at a lower price than BestBut.
I wish the USB ports were not on the bottom of the monitor/computer but in the back. The product was the easiest computer I have ever set up. There was only one item that I had to manually enter data into (password safe) because the data was saved on the hard drive and I didn't upload the data to the cloud like I should have. My WiFi connection decided to go wonky on me and would not accept my old password on the new machine. I had it reset and could not transfer the data to the cloud after. I could not find my portable data/jump drive device....so it took me about half an hour recreating the data. Not bad.

This is a good home office unit
so far, so good. Easy to set up. Was up and running in about 5 minutes. Why 4 stars? I just don't think it would have hurt them to include a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Lenovo All-in-One Desktop
The seller, Tech Pro Plus sold me this computer and the camera does not work. Unfortunately, I didn't learn about the camera not working until a few days after the 30-day return. I've worked with 4 different Lenovo Technicians online and not one of them could repair this. I was finally told I could take it to a local Lenovo Warranty Company, and they found that the camera is not repairable and said it needs to be replaced. They could do this, but Lenovo is not able to get a new camera, no-one is. Apparently, this is all coming out of Nigeria. The local Lenovo approved company has searched all over for a camera, and they are not available, and no-one knows when they will be. The company that sold me this refuses to send me a replacement computer so I can transfer my data and then return the bad one to them. They want me to send them my computer so they can test it and try to fix it. I told them I cannot send them my computer with all my data on it and wait for who knows how long to get it back with a working camera. Now I know why Lenovo Computers are less expensive than others. This is the first and last time I'll ever get a Lenovo. Lenovo has also failed to rectify the warranty time for me. I bought this in May with a one year warranty but they're only giving me a warranty until January because it must have been sitting at Tech Pro Plus for some time. I asked Amazon and Lenovo to correct the warranty, and they have not. Amazon customer reps keep giving me different answers. Some keep saying don't worry, rest assured the Seller will send you a new device so you can transfer your data and then return the faulty computer. Then the seller sends an email saying the same thing again, send it to them and they will repair it, and I know they can't get a camera. I am totally disgusted with Lenovo and the Seller. I'm also disappointed with Amazon customer reps for telling me different stories.
