VERY IMPRESSED
I just purchased this light 4 days ago I have a 180 with four kessil 32 watts and 2 aquatic life 450 nm supplemental lights, corals are happy and growing. But I was tempted to get this light from the positive reviews.I am very impressed with the build quality. The fans on my unit are not loud at all ,it came with the 2 plugs and wires as shown, the light is amazingly bright .The color can be dialed in .In fact I have the whites up 3/4 of the way and blues at 100% intensity. the tank is 30 inches deep. The lights penetrates the depth without an issue and the 90 degree angle illuminates the corners too. The tank has corner and center braces. The light is suspended about 3 inches above the water surface..It remains to be seen how long it preforms without an issue. the kessils are the best out there IMO its just that in my situation with the braces they do not have a wide enough beam to illuminate the corners. This light is also 180 watts as compared to 32wts x 2..But for a hundred bucks how can you go wrong.

Skip this one, Fans are VERY loud and there are better options out there for the price. Poor quality.
First the Pros1. Light has a very wide distribution because it doesn't have secondary lens on it. So it covered all my 40g Breeder with no problem at a close distance to the water. (12 " or so)2. My livestock seemed to like it.Now the Cons1. Price is too high, you can get similar blue and while LED lights for much lower cost.2. Poor quality. Brand new out of the box it was missing a screw in the case, the fans are very loud and stay on high all the time unlike other LED lights, the power cords supplied with it did not fit in the sockets and I had to trim them to get them fit (Come On!), the power switches are backwards so I had to switch it to the off position to get the lights to come one, the dimmer controls feel cheap and didn't feel right.3. Did I mention the fans are VERY loud! They stay on high all the time.4. I didn't like the color, the white seemed more of a yellowish tint.5. The claim that it is a 180W light is misleading. I used my Killawatt and found that it was using around 120W at full intensity.Granted they don't power the leds at their full capacity but calling it a 180W light is misleading if nothing else.6. Finally mine had a hot electronics smell much of the time even though the very loud fans drove me nuts and moved alot of air through it.

Super bright. So far so good
This is a solid unit at a great price is comparable to units that I have purchased in the past for triple the price. Lights are super bright and even if one diode would burn out, it would be hardly missed. Hanging hardware is good, with a few different hanging heights if you are creative. The dimmer switches are probably going to be the first thing to fail, as they feel slightly cheap. One tiny issue is the power switch labels are reversed, so if you push to the off position it actually goes on. Not really a problem until you plug unit in and it lights up in your face. No crazy ballasts or heavy wires, nice units.

OVERWHELMINGLY BRIGHT & RELIABLE
I was using a marineland reef LED light. My corals were not doing so well. I suspected that the marineland light was too weak and my tank too deep. It uses 1w LED Chips. To save my corals, I had to get something more powerful. I decided to replace it with an Aquamana 180W LED Light because my friend had pretty healthy corals using the same model. It is the most powerful light I can find under $200. My first impression was DANG....ITS BRIGHT. I do not recommend looking at the lights directly with your eyes. My fish went crazy and looked really stressed because of the sudden change in brightness. Luckily, this light is dimmable. I adjusted to the lowest possible brightness for the fishes to get use to. I increase the brightness slightly everyday. Afterwards, the corals looked a lot healthier.

Fans are loud.
I just replaced a 120w LED fixture with this one. I was looking forward to useing it to have a separate timer on the blue and white power cables. The light looks to be a little brighter than the 120w fixture I replaced, but the fans are very loud. Don't use this light if you need it to be quiet. If you don't care about the noise, I would say this is a great buy.

I'm using it in my reef tank. The blend ...
I'm using it in my reef tank. The blend of blue and white is ok, although the pots are not incredibly precise. The fans were very, and I mean very, noisy. I had to replace them with standard 80mm PC fans to take it to an acceptable level of noise. The jury is still out. I'm still not convinced... we'll see what my corals have to say

Great replacement for metal halide lights.
After waiting 6 months, I finally bought LEDs for my tank. I've put these on timers and my zoanthids and xenias are loving it. The separate controls for dimming are especially helpful in the evening time and the fans run very quiet. It comes with a hanging kit that includes four cables and quick lock. Hung it with my rope rachets so if you don't have one, just pick one up on Amazon.I highly recommend this Aquamana LED for the value shopper who don't want to spend too much on lighting but want to give their tank a WOW factor.

White leds look good and I liked the build but the manufacture date ...
The Blue leds were dead out of the box. White leds look good and I liked the build but the manufacture date was September 2013 so I guess it's been sitting around too long. The purchase price has also gone up so I would have to pay more for the same light. Anyway went with another brand of LED, just not worth the risk....
