The tumbler was delivered as advertised with a metal straw, straw cleaner, and clear top, all wrapped in bubble wrap within the package delivery box. No signs of any dents, dings, scratches, or material abnormalities on the exterior surface or interior surface of the tumbler.I noticed when I was performing my initial hand washing of the tumbler, prior to its first use, that there was an unidentified rattling when tilting the tumbler while washing it, like a pebble or small object was unsecured within the tumbler somewhere and would shift inside based on how the tumbler was tilted. I can only assume this is a production flaw of some type in the tumbler's internal insulation or structure since there is no damage to the packaging or any discernable damage to the tumbler itself based on its outward appearance. The sound of the item moving inside doesn't seem to be the entire insulation, just a small piece perhaps?Rather this is a one-off situation unique to this specific tumbler or a failing common to this particular model I have no way of knowing.If there was no anomaly I would have given it a 4☆ or 5☆ rating but it gets a 3☆ due to that rattling anomaly that almost certainly compromises the efficiency of the tumbler's interior insulation.

I would have given it five stars for its functionality and quality, however two of the mugs that I purchased had caps that were difficult to clean under the sliding cap and ultimately snapped off not allowing it to be put back on. The latest version that I had to purchase it seems as though they changed the cap model and it works phenomenally. Otherwise everything with this mug is Perfect! It keeps everything I’ve cold, the ice does not melt into your drink for at least 15 hours so every sip tastes as great as the first. The straws are easy to clean and even come with a brush.

well, that's up to you, the waitress, the movie theatre staff, the bartender, door man, train conductor, police officers, and my family to decide. But, the reality is it is a margarita and it is cold and keep ice nicely. It is not crazy cold and crazy long ice, but during a long day in the canoe, my marg was cold and ice was there all night when I woke up to refill it … with more margarita.The lid is REALLY the icing on the cake. I close the lid and shake up my margarita, I hold it upside down, put it in my bag with confidence and it does not spill. seal that sh!t right, and it won't let you down

I am in love with these mugs. I can't attest for the time hot things stay hot because I have only used it for ice water at this point but as far as keeping water cold, these cups do exactly what they say they do. At work, I fill the mug with ice (to the top) and water at 7 AM in the morning, then refill it with water several times during the day, leave at 3:30 PM and when I get back to work at 7 AM the next morning, there is still ice in my cup. I also love the fact that it comes with a straw cleaning brush. Drinking from a steel straw was a little weird at first but I got used to it fairly quickly.

This is the perfect travel mug to take on the go. It keeps my drinks at the right temperature and it is made out of durable materials. This is a great option for an on the go commuter who wants to keep their sweet tea iced cold or their coffee nice and hot. I had the previous model of the nanook and I am pleased to see that the lid has changed to being leak proof. I love the new design! Also, as someone who is environmentally minded, the fact that the brand is environmentally conscious was a big draw for me as a consumer. I highly recommend this product!

I love my new cup!! My previous cup lost it's vacuum sealer and I'm really glad I found this one!! It keeps my water cold all day and night and keeps my ice frozen as well. I haven't used it with hot liquids so I'm not sure how it will hold up on that end but my guess is that it will keep my hot chocolate hot for hours. I also love that with every purchase of this cup the company donates $1 to the Ocean Conservation charity which is awesome!!! So it's a win win for everyone!!

The only think I disliked about this product is that the hole for the straw also shares the area where you would sip/drink your beverage making it unable to close off the drink. For example the ice in my soda did not melt but my soda went flat which has not happened in other mugs I’ve purchased. It does keep the drink very very cold though. I wish I hadn’t thrown out the box because I might have returned it...I’m not sure. I also wish it had the option for a handle since the mug gets heavy when filled with ice, which I also do.

I LOVE this cup! Hot or cold, it outlasts the top brand names in this type of product. I really like the shape, the straw is AWESOME, and the straw cleaner was a nice surprise that I’m even using on other dishes (I wish I had this cleaning device 5 years ago).Great product and i would highly recommend for yourself and or for gifts. I was so happy with the quality for the price, too!
