i've used many pre workouts, this one is average at best.

This stuff is the best freaking pre-work out you will find bar none! Literally my favorite ever in the history of ever! It’s been a complete and total Kick You In The Nuts, Ass-Whooping, Seize The Day freaking GAME CHANGER!I’ve been developing a sensitivity to caffeine lately and it makes me sick so I was desperate for a pre-workout that didn’t make me feel like I just did a line of Coke cut with Clorox all while washing it down with a Red Bull, kale, raw egg smoothie left in an RV sitting in Death Valley for 2 weeks! Sooooo when I saw this stuff for a third the price of everything else on the market AND with No Caffeine, I crapped my pants, hard cried, then slammed that ‘buy now’ button! I’m so glad I gave this pre-workout a chance!So ya if you can’t tell, I’m overjoyed by this product! I will keep using it until the end of time times time and a half times time again!Also I was not paid to write this nor did I receive any free products or incentive, I just genuinely love it and wanted to rant on it!*Just a tip, what I like to do is add a fresh squeezed lemon and obviously ice! Didn't get to try it. It was in rocks and chalky looking. I checked the expiration date and it expired a freaking YEAR AGO!

Highly recommend!!! Buy this! I bought the caffeine free Gym Molly since I have a sensitive stomach and all of the other pre workouts I have tried didn’t sit right in my stomach. This doesn’t hurt my tummy at all.I started lifting heavy weights in January and I’ve lost 6 pounds and an inch in all measurements around my body!This is an awesome pre workout with no crash - it’s great.Not to mention the flavor is bomb - tastes like a popsicle!Awesome buy!

This stuff is the BEST. I've used a lot (and I mean a lot) of similar pre-work out drinks and boring compares to this. It tastes great, doesn't leave you jittery, and honestly feels healthy. Definitely going to keep ordering this!!

Flavor was good, but really had no positive effect on my workouts. Will not use again.
