There seemed to be a lot of wasted space. The panel in the front has a small pocket for smaller items such as keys or chapstick but it did not accommodate my iPhone 6. This pocket was the only storage in the front leaving the rest of the "belt" sewn shut with no access the huge amount of potential room in the front panel. I proceeded to put my iPhone that wouldn't fit in the front into the back pocket (which was the entire back panel). There are 2 open slits that give access to the back pocket. They a not secure and I knew as soon as I started to run with my dog (this is why I got this belt) any items would fall out. I also had a small ball to toss for my pup and a couple of waste bags back there. I also had a small bottle of water that I was not able to secure anywhere with this belt.I ordered a size medium because I am not a petite women but average size at 5'6" and 135 pounds. It was pretty big on me and became cumbersome and made me look sloppy. I thought it was a lot of extra material for something that did hold much and didn't hold it securely.I tossed this belt before I left the door to go on my run with my dog and went back to using a little crossed-chest bag I've been happy with, I didn't want to deal with the return for a refund of $14. I just wanted to go out and run!

I really love this fitness belt. I don't run, but I do a lot of walking with my dogs. I always take my phone and keys when I walk, and have often had a problem because my phone is so big it won't fit in my pocket. (It's a Note 3) I wanted something comfortable that I could put my phone and keys in and this fit the bill exactly. The fabric is very soft and comfortable and my phone fit exactly into the top pocket. My keys go into the bottom pocket which is nice because I don't have to worry about them scratching my phone.The fabric is a nice spandex which is stretchy enough to get on easily, but not so stretchy that it feels like it will fall off. I have worn it both under and over my t-shirt and both were comfortable.I would recommend this belt to anyone. It is a good quality that looks like it will last a long, long time.

I was worried about it not fitting as some reviews stated it didn't have any stretch. I brought it for running outside and for when I am at the gym and on the machines. and I like to wear it around mid-section in-between waist and closer to my hips. I wear a size 12 in pants but I am in-between sizes so 12 pants tend to be a little large but I am not small enough to fit a 10. The medium fit me perfect It stays put during my runs and I am able to fit a lot of stuff in the pockets. I had no problems getting it up over my hips. The down side is that during my workout I sweat a lot and I noticed that it takes a while to dry out, I can throw it in the dryer but I hate that it doesn't dry quickly on its own.

I am a curvy woman and wondered if this would fit well and stay in place. It is really comfortable. I have an Iphone 6+ and it fits into the pocket which was a pleasant surprise. It is nice to know that I have this to use when I am out and about and want to remain hands free. I like knowing my keys, money, and phone are secure and out of the way.

I tried the running belt while out for errands. It easily holds my iPhone 6s and a small credit card pouch. So comfortable I forgot I was wearing it. One use I haven't tried, yet....might be good for carry with the right clothing.

Great product. My wife tried this on, and it seems to fit well. It appears to be a well made product.

It's so helpful, now I can put my phone, security card and key all in it! And I can run with free hands !
