Useless Gadget
This gadget is not worth buying. The spring is not strong enough to keep the iron cable clear of the work. I found it a waste of time. I should have returned it but I lost the packaging. It is now in the cupboard along with my fondue set!

A bit flimsy
Easy rap instal and I like the foldaway action but it is a bit flimsy, not rigid enough to fully support the iron cord

Don't need to take off just slips to the side
I think the actual pole looks a bit thin but time will tell if it's stri g enough. Had my last one similar to this for many years

Not very good for left handlers.
No good for left handed people, as you iron it flicks down lying flat along side of ironing board , it would be better to be able to take it on and off easily after ironing than having to leave it on, and should be better fitted on the end of the board where it could not fold up of it’s own accord when you are ironing.
