Works no messes
Great for use with or without a pad to prevent leaks since the leak proof goes all the way up the back

Game changer for bedtime! Highly recommend!
I've ordered these a couple of times now and am finally getting around to reviewing. These are pretty amazing. Don't expect to use these without a pad. It's for leak protection much like a mattress protector. I guess I toss and turn a lot in my sleep and would once in a while leak onto the bed on a heavy flow day but since having these panties, even if it flows out of the pad, the panties stop it from leaking onto the sheets so that's been amazing. I feel much more comfortable and secure when sleeping during my period. Game changer! I had to buy more because I ended up wearing one for all the days of my period. I no longer have to worry if I accidentally leaked. One thing I would mention is that I believe the care instructions say to air dry but I'm not going to lie, I do end up throwing them in the dryer and it seems that does contribute to some shrinkage. They got a little tighter around the leg and can chafe sometimes but that's my own fault really for throwing them into the dryer but it doesn't ruin them so don't let the care instructions deter you. Also, if you tend to wear the pads with the wings like i do, the wings will chafe you and it will be uncomfortable so I suggest getting some without wings or folding in the wings and not around the panties themselves. It will irritate the sensitive skin down there. I would highly recommend these panties if you haven't tried them. I recommend them to all my friends.

Simple and practical
okay I don't normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this product because I feel like a few of the reviews were unfairly criticizing it, Soni will touch in a few of the so called issues I saw people complain about below ...First if all, the noise. They have speak proof liner, so they're not going to be silent, but they certainly don't swish like a windbreaker or something like that. I have them on right now, and I can't even hear them when I am walking around my quiet house (which right now is so quiet you could hear a pin drop). The fit. These aren't panties you want to be wearing in date night or whatever, but that's not what they're for, they're for protection, and they're not UGLY ole granny panties, they're just not PRETTY. They do fit a little lower on me than I was expecting, but since I like things below the belly button anyway, that's not a huge issue for me, it's just something that you might want to keep in mind. I haven't worn them out yet, so I haven't seen how they will perform out and about, but judging how they feel, I don't see myself having an issue. The size. I am a 14 in pants, and I ordered the XL, and it does fit well, but when / if I order again, I might go ahead and order the XXL simply because I don't like things TOO tight (sensory issues). The protection. It states on here that they are for BACK UP ONLY, meaning they are to be used ALONG WITH another means of protection such as a tampon, liner, cup etc... However I would be comfortable using them alone on light days, since my flow slows considerably after about day three.Durability. Not much to say here since I only just got them, so I will update as I know that. I will suggest that if you don't have one of those mesh wash bags for delicate and intimate items, that I strongly suggest getting one for these.Conclusion. If you're looking for a practical, no nonsense pair of period underwear for a good price that will keep you from ruining more of your good pairs, then I suggest ordering them.

A totally honest review
After Covid, my already heavy monthlies became *worse*. Like- there may have been a crime during the night- worse. I thought I’d try “period undies” to see if my mattress and bedding could feel hopeful again. I chose this brand because it had the nighttime coverage that 2 pads, regular undies and pj’s simply could not contain. They’re comfy and soft, but don’t have a lot of stretch. I’m glad I sized up to 2x because they-just-fit. Would recommend even going up 2 sizes from normal. Not sure who decided that 2x requires a wider crotch area (? really?) but thankfully my wings fit and stick well to the leak-proof area. So far-totally leak proof (yay!) but can be super hot due to no breathabilty in the designated leak-proof area. Also, and this may-or may not- be a bonus but, um, gas- it has no way to go *out* like usual, so it travels right up the crack. Fart trappers, that’s what I’m calling them. So, basically successful in my book?

Good, but not a replacement for pads or tampons
I was looking to replace menstrual pads. They feel uncomfortable and awkward. That and they really add up in cost. I would like to be rid of them forever.THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT QUITE DO THAT:It is close, it can protect you on light days, overnight, or for short periods of time while bleeding heavily. (Although if it is a real bad night - I still recommend using a pad or a tampon as a backup.) It does not leak. Which awesome. However, they roll up all the time (even when you have not worn them for a long time.) They also do not lock the blood away. It is possible to get blood on you when you touch it. Cleaning is not terrible. You can ignore the handwashing instruction, but you have to air dry it. Which is a pain.HOW I WOULD RECOMMEND USING IT:I would use it on days 1, 3, or 4 (depending on how your flow goes). You could easily get away with using one pair during the daytime and one at night. I would avoid on Day 2 or any heavy flow day. Unless you want to work out. Then I would recommend using the underwear. Afterward, you would just switch to what you normally do. I would also get at least 2 sets so that this is made easier. (You do not want to deal with waiting for a pair to dry.) Also, the sizes run small - so buy a size up from where you would normally go.I do like this product. I hope it will cut my costs in the long run and stop me from buying so many pads. It's just not goo enough to replace pads. Which is a real bummer. For that is what I really wanted.

Easy to clean
Previously when I switched to reusable pads from disposable ones, it used to take me a long time to clean them. These panties are total game changers, they are much easier to clean.

Comfortable and functions
These are very comfortable and work as described. They are leakproof, but I have another pair from somewhere that I think holds a bit more. So if you have particularly heavy flows or incontinence problems it might not suit you as well as other brands.

Be Careful Read Reviews!
There are PROS & CONS to these underwear. The CONS are definitely straight away are NOT meant for menstrual cycles. Unless u wear a tampon then I can see these being worn for that purpose. (2) if your a light bleeder & wear liners sure. But from experience (and no I didn't buy these to wear w/o some sort of protection) I wore these using my normal panty liner & the inside wear the "protective" area is, the sticky part of the pad didn't want to stay put, even with the pad with wings... then let me get to the part when to washing them. I followed their directions, did not put them in the washer, I soaked them & hand washed accordingly, halfway through the wash I noticed the "protective area" started to crack inside... thought nothing of it (mind u it was not the most pleasant thing to do & never got the stains out) hung it up to dry. After it was dried I went to fold them up & it felt like the entire middle of the underwear was shattered... there was no firmness like before & part of the stitching was coming apart/away from the garment itself... just as I suspected, a tiny piece of the middle was coming out. Now, for LBL (light bladder leaks) I'm sad to report that these are not made for that. I again have to wear some sort of panty liner 24/7... I figured, well if it won't work for 1 thing maybe it will work for the LBL issue some of us ladies might experience. NOPE. Same problem, the panty liner wont stay put & I wear Poise pads, no wings.. the pad shifted all the time, & when I had a coughing episode etc I thought ok, well if my pad shifted while coughing at least underneath it will protect me. Sadly, no I soaked right through. I ended up hand washing the 2nd pair as well & had a better outcome. No breakage inside after washing them. Hung to dry & folded them... I still have 1 pair left & I'm not sure if I want to use it... to me, these were more of a hassle than anything. I'd rather spend the $30 for actual LBL underwear & be able to wash & dry them like normal underwear a few times.IMO choose wisely on what ur going to use these for, like the old saying goes "You get what you pay for " and exactly what I did.
