I found this when I began having problems with an overactive bladder at night. I'd done reseach on the use of pumpkin seed oil and decided to give it a try. It worked. But, because of the price tag, I decided to try using just plain pumpkin seed oil instead. I purchased GNC's 1000 mg. and gave it a shot. It didn't work as well as the Curbita. So, I'm back to the Curbita. I take two at dinner and one at bedtime for the best results. The price tag is steep, but it's well worth it. I'd highly recommend it as a natural way to treat an over active bladder at any time of day.

I had some of this, used it as I thought I was getting a problem. After running out, got this one. It works very well, helps to ease urinary/bladder problems and does not contain cranberry. I am not able to use cranberry because of the medicine I am on. Really pleased. Eases the urgency and the pain. And it's not pricey.

I use pumpkin seed oil for an overactive bladder. I was taking NOW supplements and they help a little, but I was hoping for more. I tried these based on their claims and after over month, felt absolutely no difference between these and the NOW supplements which are a third of the price. These are insanely overpriced especially for something that doesn't work any better than the cheaper brand.

I have IC and my holistic doctor gave me this product to take 3times daily with food. At first I didn't notice much of a difference, but when I asked my doctor; he informed me it takes about 3 months to clear up IC or bladder symptoms. I've been using it for 8 weeks, I ran out for 2 days and noticed the pain/urgency coming back. This product works, you just need to give it time!

I’ve tried a lot of other pumpkin seed oils but this actually helps so much when I’m in a IC flair and takes away the urgency and frequency!! I always keep this on hand!
