Our 22 years old shower set was leaking from the handle valve. We had to turn off the main water supply to stop the leak. Prompt delivery was needed by Amazon Prime.Amazon delivered this Gabrylly Shower Faucet set in one day (overnight). The set looked nice, and the price was good (nicer and less expensive from the set we looked at our local hardware store). The plumber installed it but had to make a small adjustment with the tub-spout O-ring, which came defective (4 stars rating). Amazon sent the replacement without charge a couple days later but I didn't want to pay to get the plumber to come out for the second trip. The small adjustment works fine so far.

The media could not be loaded. The installation instructions for the tub faucet could be clearer. The illustration appears to show a stub-out that's only .63." But it is actually a plastic bushing that is already installed in the faucet assembly. I'm mechanically inclined so I was able to figure it out.But aside from that, the unit looks great and works great when installed. What I really like is the shower head. You get great coverage, good velocity (see video).

There were minor issues that my contractor ran into because there was no screw on the turn on handle so he had to glue the back part on. So far works great and looks nice.

I had never heard of Gabrylly, but was looking for a shower with a single handle for water pressure and temperature. I liked the look of this one, and it wasn't too expensive, so I risked ordering it. My plumber installed it, so I don't know how easy it was, but I'm thrilled with the end result. The handle feels solid but moves smoothly, and the diverter works flawlessly. The sleek design makes it easy to clean.

AfterI bought this for more than a year, I just finished installed this after a house remodeling.A little water cone out from shower head when tub is on. So I contacted the seller, they responded very quickly and send me another replacement for very high water pressure without any hassle. This is already after the warranty time.Great support!!! Will buy again. Also love the shower head.

This shower faucet is very easy to assemble. Package arrived on time, we have installed it immediately after receiving it. The spray pattern of this shower head is what I loved the most. It provides a very relaxing and comfortable shower atmosphere. Love it, highly recommended.

Lovely finish and great looking, but didn't fit my plumbing and had to be returned

I bought this product for installation in new construction. Had a plumber do the install. Finally got to use the shower and love the shower head. The water pressure is good and the color matches the other fixtures in the bathroom. Would definitely purchase another faucet from them.
