WORKS GREAT
Bought a cheapo model off Amazon that didn't work at all. This model was recommended on a forum and boy did it deliver instantly. I spent hours trying to get the fuel pump off with cheap techniques and a crummy tool. This removed it in 5 seconds.

Fuel Pump Wrench
I do 99% of my own work on all of my vehicles, including replacing a fuel pump when necessary. This wrench is a must-have to work on fuel pump replacement and it will fit on many different type of cars where the fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank. That pump is mounted inside the tank and is covered with a access lid that requires this special tool to get the lid off. Any time you work with a fuel tank, empty of not, extreme care must be taken to avoid a very serious mistake, fire or explosion. Getting the protective lid off is tough and without this special tool, can be very dangerous. I like this tool because its adjustable to fit any make or model so you are not buying some very expensive tools that you may only use once in your life. This wrench adapts to any brand or style of fuel pump lid, making removing it a pretty simple process. Well worth the money I paid, although it was not very much considering how much dealerships charge for a model specific wrench. This wrench works great.Caution: Usually the fuel tank around the location of the fuel pump will have a rubber like coating on it to prevent anything causing a spark. I would suggest not wearing any nylon clothing or shoes that could create a static spark situation. Usually when removing the fuel tank lid, you have removed the rear seat and are in the car directly over the tank. Disconnect the battery also. Once the lid is off, fumes and raw gas are exposed. A simple spark could prove to be catastrophic. Also, it is highly suggested you NOT perform this procedure within your garage. Do so with all doors open and in the open air, this to allow clean air flow and circulation to allow gas fumes to exit the vehicle. And have a Fire Extinguisher close by, or better yet, have someone standing near by with a extinguisher at the ready just in case. Do Not take this procedure lightly, it is probably one of the most potentially dangerous maintenance functions you'll ever perform.

Very well made and a stress saver!
It did what it was supposed to do. Period. Its well made from heavy gauge steel. If you are able to break this, Charles Atlas needs to step down!I used this with a 3/8" ratchet, a 9/16 deep socket and 18" extension. Breaking the ring loose wasnt too bad. i was working on a '01 ford escape with the access under the driver side passenger seat. The panel was flopping about. The hard part was GETTING THE RING BACK ON! You must have the ring exactly flat on the threads for it too start (sounds easy). This ,all the while, holding down the pump and keeping the gasket in place. I made it happen but it wasnt fun.I suggest you check your new pump for the fuel line clips. My pump didnt have them.If it werent for this wonderful tool, i dont know what i would have done. Excellent work Lisle!FRIENDS, DONT LET FRIENDS US A SCREWDRIVER AND HAMMER LOL!

Did not work, but the ring attempted had a broken thread.
I got this to remove the ring on a 2007 Corolla. The ridges that this tool hooks to were not real big.I ended up ordering Toyota part 77144-04010 from Amazon and taking a hack saw blade at an angle and cutting the ring enough to pop it open with a screwdriver at about the 1 'o clock point if you look down on it. It unwrapped and about the 3-4 'o clock position revealed the problem: a piece of thread in the old ring had broken loose and jammed in the threads there. There was no way that ring would turn.I have no way of knowing if it would have worked on a non broken ring, but it seemed OK otherwise.I did pull the wing nuts and put on regular nuts as I had to try lots of torque, but it did not turn.

Works great and well made
I bought this because of a recommendation from another Amazon review and it works great. Had to replace the fuel pump on my Polaris RZR XP 1000 and this tool made the job super easy. Don’t fight with screwdrivers, punches, or pliers. Buy this tool and get the job done in minutes. Very well made and should last forever.A great value for the money, built very sturdy, and the thickness is perfect.

汎用が逆に使えなくなってしまっている
ルノーセニックに使いましたが、ほとんど役に立ちませんでした。力を入れて回そうとすると、固定しているネジが外れてしまいます。汎用が逆に使えなくなってしまっていると思います。
