GREAT WASHER BUT BEWARE FOR CAR WASH, COULD STRIP PAINT
PRO:- it's surprisingly powerful as an electric pressure washer- very quiet operation, shuts off when not in use, very efficient- long hose and cable allows easy access around corners of the car- nice accessories such as the foam spray- pressure hose inlet has built in dirt trap, and is made of metalCON:- pressure hose and cable management can be a pain, esp if they are tangled. A wheel reel would make life much easier- very heavy, not easy to lift and carry. You need to depend on the wheels for the most part to move around but it's a hassle with all the cables, hoses spreading all around- hose inlet is plastic, not very sturdy if pulled and broken. It's best not to wheel the unit around when car washing.- I was using a 15 degree nozzle, about 12" away, and my PAINT CAME RIGHT OFF. I assume most electric pressure washers are good for regular use, and when u do something heavy duty, like washing off the pavement, get real close with a 0 degree nozzle. I did not expect my paint to come off at this distance. The end of the nozzle is typically 2-3' away from the car, and there's one spot on the lower bumper when it has bunch of tar. I move in closer to about 12" and right away my paint came off in specks. I am probably an idiot though, and that lower spot of the bumper might have a thinner coat of paint/clear since it's high impact area from road debris. Still, a pressure washer for a couple hundred bucks is going to cost me close to a thousand for a repaint. I probably wont be using this on the ferrariUPDATE: After using this for about the 10th time, and about 5 months later, this unit is unable to hold pressure. It pumps and releases for about 15 times and then the pump will shut down to prevent overheating. You have to wait 10 min to cool off before it will go into the cycle to pressurizing. I contacted the Seller and got a response on the same day. They told me it has 3 year warranty and sent me a replacement unit in 2 days. I was initially disappointed with the reliability of the unit but now I am impressed with the customer service. Hopefully the 2nd unit holds up better this time.

Good pressure washer but answering machine customer service
And that’s we’re their customer service ends, at the answering machine. I called him twice and left him a detailed messages with callback information and I got no reply back. It’s been two months now and I don’t need to pressure wash all the time but when I do I want a reliable pressure cleaner and their customer service has failed in returning my phone calls. The pressure wash started turning on and off repeatedly when releasing the handle after a few uses. It’s probably a small leak of some kind internally.

Not bad for electric!
I didn't expect much when I ordered it due to the fact that its electric. I first tried the 15 degree nozzle and thought there's no way this is 2000+ psi. But I put it to the test, The reason I bought it is I want something quiet and small to keep under the carport for cleaning Bugs and brake dust from my car, and cleaning baked on food from my grill grates. Shockingly it did exactly just that, it also cleaned the dirty mildew from my concrete. Then I put the 0 degree nozzle in and saw a substantial increase in pressure. Maybe this is 2000+ pis with the 0 deg. nozzle, I went back over some stuck on dirt on my truck that the other nozzle wouldn't remove and it came off with the 0 deg.. Other tidbits about it are, the attachmet points are plastic, the handle you pull it around with is cheap flimsy aluminum, but seems like it will hold up as long as you don't abuse it because it's not that heavy. the data plate says it draws 12 amps. I would agree with that because l ran it on an outdoor 15 amp circuit that has a refrigerator currently running constantly on it, and it did not trip the breaker. the foam bottle that came with it makes a nice thick foam with carwash in it. The hose and nozzles from my honda gas powered unit also fit this one so that's a plus in my opinion. If you don't see an update on this review then assume all is still well with it.

Works well
My only experience with a pressure washer was of the gas-powered rental variety, so I was skeptical about this little electric thing, but it does a good job. One of the tips doesn't do much more than a hose. You can wash your foot with it and not get hurt. Another removed not only paint but wood. So it has a wide range of capability. Cleaning a deck, at first it didn't seem to do much, but then I found that, if I wet the boards with the wide nozzle, let them soak for just a minute, then went over them again, it took the "green stuff," dirt and old paint off. Two passes, and the boards were clean. Once I got the "hang" of it, I could wash my flip-flopped foot or cut wood, depending on how I used it and which nozzle and distance. It's necessary to get a lot closer than with a high-powered gas model. It's definitely a nice-looking pressure washer. The only problem we had is the "quick connect" device that comes already on it, for attaching the hose, seems to be missing a gasket. It works OK with out it but drips a little.
