Great ricer
I got this specifically to make gnocci, which I haven't had time to do yet. I used it on Thanksgiving instead of my hand mixer for mashed potatoes and mashed rutabega and it worked great. A little bit of a workout, but as log as you don't overfill it it's not that hard. Just make sure to at least rinse it as soon as you're done so cleanup is easier. I'd definitely recomend this and my handmixer will be staying in the draw.

Great products and well made
I'm not using it for it it's intended purpose, as an herbalist I am using it to strain my tinctures. It's fabulous! It holds a lot of herb and really squeezes out all the menstruam without making a mess. Then it's super easy to clean!

Best tool for making Spinach Dip
Bought specifically to make spinach dip. I use this to squeeze out all the excess water from the thawed spinach. It is an incredibly wonderful and helpful tool. Bought one for a friend at Christmas who makes the spinach dip all the time but used paper towels to squeeze out excess liquid.She used it for the first time and called me right away saying oh my God I can’t believe how great and easy this is. Smart purchase.

If you are still using a hand help mixer for mashed potatoes, then you are missing out. I have to make everything gluten and dairy free for one of my kids now, and dairy free mashed potatoes that taste good are not easy! But this ricer fluffs up the potatoes like a champ! I would marry it if I could!!

Its good
The potato rice was ok, it is kind of scratchy and when you put potatoes in they all seep put of the top before they go through, but overall it does the job, just alot of mess

Easy to Use
Really sturdy. I use weekly for potatoes and cauliflower. Much easier than pulling out the kitchen aid or processer for quick batches.
