I got this phone to leave out by the pool so that I wouldn't need to have my cell phone near the water. The phone worked when I plugged it into the line that I had out there, but when I went to use it last week, no dial tone. I brought it inside thinking that maybe the line was bad, but it won't work inside either. The advertisement says it's waterproof, not water-resistant. I didn't submerge it, I had it hanging on the wall under an eave where it was partially protected.

Deafening high pitched ringer with no volume control. Very responsive support offered me a refund. I kept the phone after opening it up and soldering in some resistors to quiet down the ringer.Otherwise the phone has a nice lightweight feel and good sound. It’s not particularly high quality plastic, but fine for an extra phone that doesn’t get a lot of use.

I like the style of the phone, the color, the size and weight are wonderful but there is no way to adjust the ringer and the ringer is LOUD. It is almost like a fire alarm which is great if you want a loud phone but not so great if you actually need or want options for turning down that noise or if you have it in the bedroom and in the middle of a nap you get a rude awakening from a sales call.

Bought as a child's toy and does the trick. We added this to the side of a toy kitchen. Perfect for little hands.

the phone has a horrible and loud ring with no option to turn it down or off...so we leave it unplugged. Will be ordering a different phone.

Its a great phone for my parents.
