Nice hammock - overall pretty comfy, however the sleeve for the air pad seems a bit short and when I fit my pad in it, it causes the hammock to bend quite a bit. Especially if I zipper it completely in the sleeve. I have found that if i don't zipper it all in, then the hammock works a little better - especially since in this configuration it keeps the netting out of my face.

Great product, takes a little getting used to compared to typical hammocks. Very good quality, easy set up, great company to deal with on support. Tried several mats, settled on Exped Synmat UL 7 LW for best fit and support.

i love this hammock ...easy to set up , roomy, many pockets. chair mode is great for lounging. laying flat is a boon to my back.....i have used this several times over the last 5 months since getting it. i took it on a hike to Half Dome for 5 nights and out to the desert around vegas to do some napping at sunset. it is a very comfortable hammock BUT..... i have yet to have a full good nights sleep in the lay flat position...its the balancing act i have trouble with. maybe i shift around too much when i sleep but i would fall asleep and then shift my legs or something in my sleep, which would change the center of gravity just enough to start tipping in one direction or the other. which would wake me up and force me to adjust every cpl hours.. also at first i was too slippery. nylon pj's in nylon bag on nylon pad surface slides too easily and ended up on head or in foot box. then went from a bag to a top quilt and fleece pjs. it helped the sliding around a bit but not really enough to keep me asleep all night .. any shifting of your legs (curling your legs up while on side or extending them will change your center of gravity.. to sleep i ended up lowering it to the ground on the straps to maintain shape but ground was way more stable for sleeping. fun hammock during the day and gets lots of attention.. but the balancing act loses stars for me as a sleep system..

The media could not be loaded.  After taking the Amok Draumr 3.0 out on multiple nights I'd have to say I'm very impressed with the construction and the comfort. I'm an avid hammock camper and this by far fits into my lot of hammocks and deserving of a spot in my gear closet.

I met the makers of these hammocks back in 2014.. bought a Draumr that day. I’m an avid hammock camper and have never looked at using another hammock since the Draumr. It always brings some stares as most people assume all hammocks point you in the direction of towards trees. Thishsmmock allows for amazing views when set up near water.
