I’ve had a lot of baby hairs since birthing my 3rd child nearly 3 years ago and it just wouldn’t grown back but after taking only a few of these I’ve started noticing growth and I’m so happy!! I Will deffo be buying more!

I have been using this product for two months now. I can confidently say that it works best for nails. However, I haven't noticed much of an effect on my skin or hair. I can't say for certain that it doesn't work, but many variables affect the condition of the skin and hair, making it difficult to see the effects of Perfectil. As for my nails, I've noticed that they don't break as easily as they used to. Despite not being careful with my nails - I lift weights four times a week, use chemicals for cleaning, and scrub with my hands - I haven't had a breakage in a month and a half. Since this product is not expensive, I believe it is a good multivitamin to take if your main concern is your nails.

I’ve been taking these for about 3 months now, and really not seen any improvement in my skin, hair or nails. I bought them mostly for my hair. For those saying they are seeing changes in their hair - this is more likely due to something else as, of course, it’s only going to affect new hair growth, not existing hair! I’m still waiting to see if it improves my thin, fragile hair, but 3 months on I’ve not seen any improvement on ny new hair growth. Will keep taking for a little while longer and update if this changes! But, for now, don’t expect miracles, especially quick results!
