Good pre workout supplement. This increases NO in your bloodstream which makes veins bigger. It tastes sour but it dissolves easily. I take two scoop 30 to 40 mins before workout. You have to get use to sour taste but it's not that bad. It takes a month to see it's benefits. I recommend this to anyone who is medically fit to consume it.

Well i received this product on sunday (₹519/-) & here is my detailed review after two days of use:-1. Box is very small & its very difficult to take small spoon out of it & use which for me is not an issue..( as i used 5 gm spoon and took half spoon from it).2. Taste is awful which i expect from L-CM and still not a issue for me..3. Monday i took around 2-3 gms and it was biceps day and i work out with intensity but does not feel anything.. normal pump which i get anyway..Today i took around 5 gms but still nothing.. i mean wtf...not worth it..Do not buy it..Simple!!
