An Awesome Purchase. Has memory feature , goes back to specific time slot during power outage. Pretty comfortable for my family of 4 with mostly small vessels. Product quality is really good. It’s a steal at this price point for the quality and functionality. Note: I dot have Kaveri water at home and just uses one 3rd of a finish tablet and finish rinsing agent.

Stopped working after 7 months. No service support. Booked for service under warranty and waiting for more than 2 months. No reply by company. Planning to approach Consumer Forum for refund and compensation.

Very Good product,specially with 35 min wash programme ,it is efficient to wash clean and precisely.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this dishwasher..the delivery n demo was good. The customer care executive were good n coperative n even called on video to give us the instructions after the demo was given n followed up n it's easy to usen water efficient. I bought this as I had space constraints n could fit easily .. does not clean properly

I have purchased 8 plats bcoz we are 3 member so I thought it’s enough and also I tryed for frist time so I dont want sped more money but now I thought 13 plats is batter then 8 for 3-4 membersBut I must say Very nice and reasonable product I think it my best decisionbut i have one problam with service I waited for 3 days for Instolation many times I called in customer care but no one come for installation then i called my plumber and he he is intatolled

It does its job as expected. I had to call them for installation many a times. The mechanic was as not well trained. Could not explain properly. To get maximum benefit, read the user manual carefully. It is quite simple.

I exchanged my old 13 place setting dishwasher for this smaller one. I do sometimes feel a small size crunch when i have to add oven trays or more than one chopping boards but otherwise no issues. Works as expected, I installed myself on a set of clamped rollers so it's stable as well as can be removed if needed. Simple programs, effective cleaning - happy with the purchase. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want a large clunky dishwasher. In my family of 4, the 13 place setting one used to get full after 3 or 4 regular meals which was bad because the sink and utensils were blocked for 2-3 days, else we would be wasting so much extra water and cleaning space. This smaller size eliminates that need and I feel comfortable running it after every meal or meal prep.

One of the worst dishwasher available in the market. It cleans nothing. I wish I could return this
