Smells just like ambergris, to describe it would be tough to do but it is a unique sweet and marine musk smell. I haven't used it in my candles yet but I have taken a small roller ball container 10 ml and mixed it with carrier oil and it has come out excellent for a perfume oil, very subtle musk smell, great to layer with other smells. I used this at about 1.5 percent and will probably make another a bit stronger.

I’m On the fence about this product. At the price, I probably won’t try it again. My first bottle was very good. It smelled very nice. Exactly like the scent I purchased should. For the price, it seemed like very good value for money. My second bottle however was not good. It seemed fine. Same consistency, color, smell in the bottle, etc. but in my diffuser it made no smell. Even on high and standing directly in front of it, it just produced scentless mist. I went back to a name brand for now. Maybe I’ll try off brands again one day, but it seems very much like you get what you pay for with this stuff.

The fragrance is soft, pleasant, and relaxing. I really liked it overall. However, it doesn’t smell like the Margaritaville Hotel, which is what I was specifically looking for. If you’re hoping for that exact scent, this isn’t it. But if you’re just looking for a nice home fragrance, this is still a solid option.
