I have several diagnoses which cause severe constant pain that spreads. While it used to be just part of my foot was effected then it spread to my entire foot & ankle. I cannot use ice or cold packs as it makes it worse. I’ve tried several different heat packs, I can’t even describe some of the ways my leg has been wrapped with multiple packs. I had one that was good, but it only gave heat to the back of my ankle OR my foot, others just to sides of my foot, so I had to add more heat packs. This is the 1st that actually covers my entire foot & ankle. However I hate that it needs to be microwaved & loses heat because I need the heat much longer. It’s easy to heat & doesn’t take long, it just hurts to have to walk to heat it every so often. For now this is the best I’ve found, it works well, covers & heats the entire foot & ankle area.I don’t use cold/ice packs option. Yet the cold would’ve been great for my son this summer when he recovered from a car accident. More convenient than the several packs I put on his foot & ankle, that fell off if he moved an inch, till I taped them. I do recommend this if you need heat or cold for the entire foot/ankle & don’t want to deal with multiple ice or heat packs that move & leak.While I still want to find a good heat pack that covers the entire area and either self heats or plugs in to power bank, for now this is the best I’ve found that works.Also excellent customer service the 1st pack I ordered had a tiny tear at the seam, and the exchanged it immediately with the replacement arrived the next day. No problems with it & I use it multiple times a day.

The boot is cumbersome to put on, but it's worth the struggle. It stays cold for a long while, and can be reversed for continued cold application. Do wear a thin sock to protect your skin, even though it has a plush surface. It seems to be well made, so I hope it lasts a long time. I have not tried to heat it, so can't comment on that.

I really like this product. I have only used it for icing. I need the ice for my ankle, but also the ball of my foot and arch. I was hoping the foot area was a little longer so that the ball of my foot would get ice, too. It sort of gets it, I just wish it was about an inch longer in the foot area. I wear a women's size 8 and it just barely gets close to the end of my foot.Again, I really like this product and it is great for ankle and arch icing, but the buckle to put the strap around the top of your foot is kind of hard to get buckled. The buckle you have to put the strap through is way down the side, right where you kind of step on it and the strap is a little short. I was able to finally get it buckled, but it wasn't as easy and I thought it would be.Once I got the wrap on, it work great. I just had a long wool sock under it so my skin didn't get burned. I was able to keep it on for a while and even walk a little in it just to grab something.

Bought this to try out, have had multiple problems with my feet and ankles (Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome) and used the regular ice/gel packs for a while now and for me they never worked well in trying to get the coverage over my ankles. I came across this one while looking for something better, and what an amazing difference, they cover the entire foot and are easy to use, the results were great, alot less pain and discomfort, feet felt great afterwards. Another thing I noticed is that the velcro is top notch and works well compared to other products I have bought off amazon which are usually pretty cheap and don't hold up to daily use, not so with this product the velcro is very strong and durable. Also I am not being paid or given anything for this review

I have an achilles tendon sprain so I needed a wrap that didn't have the hole in the back where the achilles tendon is (which most wraps I've seen on Amazon do). Upon getting it I was hoping that it would fit perfect. I wear a size 9-10 in women's shoes so based on the reviews here I purchased both a small and a large. The small was barely able to wrap around with the velcro and half my foot stuck out the end. The large was decent as it was able to wrap around my entire foot HOWEVER my foot wouldn't stay in the back of the wrap to be effective on the back part of my heel. The first time I used it I put it in the freezer for a few hours and the gel inside was pliable. I put it back in the freezer and didn't need it again for a week or so and when I pulled it out, the gel inside was frozen solid. I had to wait for it to thaw out before I could even put it on. Even with a sock on, it was extremely cold and I had to take it off. I have a cheap gel ice pack I got from Walmart that I keep in the freezer all the time and stays pliable so I was hoping this would too. But it will do for now until I find another one that fits better with gel that remains pliable even after being put in the freezer for any length of time. Wish they would make a medium size as others have stated because it's either too small or too large. But for having entire coverage on the foot except for the gel freezing solid, it's decent. It's easy to put on and comfortable once strapped on, but I gave 3 stars for the gel freezing solid.

I had a friend who let me borrow this before using so I knew I was happy with hers outside of it being a little big. No where could I find a size chart… I found dimensions listed and compared them…‎13.5 x 6 x 2 inches and 12.5 x 6 x2 inches one inch difference so I ordered the small… well the small is for a child not an adult foot… really would be nice if you just put a size chart according to a shoe size! No worries for your company , my choice (since I have an injury) but not worth my bother to try and return, but I will order another large from a different company.
