I wanted a product where recording should get stored in the SD card once the camera is on. Quality is good. The issue here is you have to keep your phone on then only the camera will work otherwise it will not record anything.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: No instruction manual included, absolutely no way of figuring out how to connect/set up.

I’ve been using this small wireless video nanny cam for a little while now, and overall I’m impressed. Although it’s not micro, it’s compact which makes it easy to place discreetly around the house while still giving a solid field of view. The battery life is excellent — it lasts much longer than I expected, which makes it convenient for continuous use without constantly recharging. The app is straightforward and easy enough to navigate, so setup and monitoring are simple even if you’re not super tech‑savvy. The video quality is good, clear enough to see details and feel confident about what’s happening in the room. My only minor gripe is that the camera has to be put into “IT mode” manually, which isn’t as seamless as I’d like. It’s not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for anyone who prefers fully automatic operation. Overall, this is a solid little camera that does exactly what it promises. Between the strong battery performance, good video quality, and easy app, I think it’s a great buy — especially for anyone looking for a reliable nanny cam at this size.

It is small enough to hide, connects to my phone easily through the app, has wide angle, and good quality photos and videos. It allows the use of cloud storage but also has an SD card slot. I love that it has motion detection and night vision. It is wireless, easy to mount (I use strong magnets to make it more portable), and can hold a charge for a long period of time although it depends upon individual usage. I plan to use it to monitor birds in the summer. For the price, this is worth it and the material feels like it is durable.

1 month update. Camera has a mind of its own. It will record or send many notifications on one day but then it stops the next no matter what sensitivity level set at. You can go in app and toggle the motion on and off then it will reset for one or two days but it seems as soon as you go on app and look at your saved clips the camera will no longer record unless you toggle to off or change sensitivity level then you get a day of record before it stops again on its own. This constant having to activate eats up the battery and is frustrating. I bought this little stealth camera to set up in my Eve to keep an eye on what's happening on my front porch. Unfortunately I had a hard time setting it up because it was requiring permission to my phone but wasn't easily understood that I had to go through and open up pretty much all the permission to my phone to allow we passed one of the setup pages. I finally got that figured out and connected the camera. It was working fine the first day but the second day I received no notifications of movement on that front porch even though I was in and out of the house multiple times. The app continues to default you to the cloud option. There's an option for HD or SD camera mode but apparently this is just for visual and not recording. I'll switch on the HD and then every time I click out of the app and then click back in it it's automatically reverted back to sd. You have to click on the cloud signal to the right to switch that to SD so you can watch the short clips it takes from the SD card you insert. It doesn't allow you a time frame for the SD card and although it does for the cloud so I'm not sure if I put 10 seconds on the cloud it will put 10 seconds on the SD card it literally just says cloud record duration. It does have an option for night vision but you have to toggle with two night vision or it stays on night vision even though it's day so it doesn't automatically switch back and forth. Overall I'd say it's a cheap camera and it might work for you but for me it has many quirks that are not user friendly. Last mention is there is a bracket that comes with it that snaps to the top of the camera and allows you to screw it to a substrate. You have to screw it hanging downward if you're going to use a power source because the bracket is so short that if it's rotated where the bracket connects towards the back of the camera it doesn't leave any room for you to connect a power cord into the back of the camera.

Pretty decent camera for the price point. 4 stars because it’s not the absolute best. It’s kind of a jack of all trades, but it doesn’t stand out at one thing. Everything from the size, night vision, app, sound pickup and quality, picture quality and charge life are just good. They’re not absolutely great but they’re above avg and for the price it’s worth it. I wouldn’t recommend making it for a use to see anything precise over 10-15 ft. But under that it’ll do fine to see faces and hear noise. The worst issue I’ve had is connectivity issues with wifi. If you don’t have super good wifi it might not connect all the time which can be an issue. Other than that it’s worth the cost for a cheap security camera that’ll fit in the palm of your hand.

Very satisfied with this purchase. This is the best mini camera I’ve tried in the sub $25 catagory and its performance has been flawless. The included instruction guide and stable downloadable UBox App make set-up and installation a breeze (both the instruction booklet and the app are professionally done on par with much higher priced products). In addition to all the advanced features (night vision, motion detection, notifications, etc), this camera also has a large capacity battery which, based on usage, is advertised to last up to three months before recharge (a distinguishing feature that only seems to be available in more expansive products). Based on post purchase communications from the manufacturer, it appears like they have a very capable and dedicated product support team. Overall a great value and everything is performing as advertised.
