Old Bones Therapy Knee Brace for Immediate Pain Relief and Support | Compression Therapy and Heat Ice Gel Pack (S/M)

This is by far the most comfortable hot/cold pack I've ever used. It's lightweight, form fitting and lacks the bulkiness of other options I've tried. I use it while I'm working and almost immediately I forget its there. The best part is, even after sitting in my freezer for 2+ hours it still molds easily around my knee and stays cold longer than any other pack I've used. The fabric is very soft and you can tell right away it will last a long time. I purchased it to use at my desk while working and it has far exceeded my expectations!

I really love the hook and loops on these. They cover all surfaces, so you can attach anywhere that works. The shape is also very good, and as a big & tall man it was great that the thing was big enough to accommodate my thighs.I knocked it down a star because it stretched out over the course of using it for a couple months. I suggest to put some supporting material that doesn't stretch along the length of it or something. It needs to be snug, but making it snug stretches it out.

I play flag football, hike the CO 14ers, crossfit as well as run and my knees take a beating and these ice wraps are a great way to end these activities. Great product. Very easy to use and no discomfort. Perfect fit too.

I purchased two orders of old bones' knee brace with ice pack. I used them exactly 5 times, and one of the ice packs developed a tear while inside the brace and started leaking gel onto my knees and all over the inside of the knee brace. It made a mess and apparently I'm just outside of the return limit, so Amazon won't do anything about it. $40 per wrap+ice is way more than what most sellers on Amazon list this for, and it lasted exactly 5 use. What a shame, definitely thought it would be more durable. Even if it lasted a year I'd be fine with it, but not 5 use.

Would be perfect if the ice pack held alittle more freezing solution, otherwise comfortable, convenient, good velcro and true to size

I just used it last evening. I was surprised how well it worked. The ice pack fits perfectly in the knee wrap, and it is held in place where it needs to be, on my knee area, not sliding down my leg, as other wraps do. It really did reduce the swelling around my knee area. Thanks again! KMB/me

Have you ever tried to wrap one of those jell ice packs around your injured knee with a cloth or a towel? It just doesn’t stay in place & one must lay prone to get any relief. Well, this quality made “Old Bones Therapy Knee Ice Wrap” has solved that problem for me with my painful “goose foot” knee injury that I need to ice several times per day. After wrapping my knee up it securely stays in place with the ice pack staying cold for the 15-20 minutes needed. I just wish I had purchased it sooner!

I've been wearing this brace now daily for a month and it fits very well. It's comfortable, slim, easy to wrap on, and can be worn under a pant leg. It's insane how very little the brace alone weighs; it is light as a feather! My only hesitation about Old Bone's ice wrap is their design for the gel pack not being best for me. I'm a new marathoner, so wearing the best-fitting icing pack is really important to me. Old Bone's gel pack seemed a bit long and thin which for me meant that it was mostly cooling the sides and underside of my knee than the area around the patella, where I needed it. But Brandon, the company owner, was great to talk with about this and helped me find a way to get it just right for me.
