So far these work great. Keeps food fresh much longer and very easy to use. I only wish I could buy more of the small size.

I was already using the Chef Preserve with its reusable bags, but I wanted something that would provide a vacuum seal but not compress the foods. These have worked out perfectly. I use the largest one for several days' worth of salad, and the other two for leftovers that I'm not going to use up in a day or two, or for softer foods like berries that shouldn't get squashed in a regular vacuum bag. They also store in the fridge better than an irregularly shaped bag that doesn't stand up by itself. I hesitated on buying a handheld sealer for a while because most brands didn't also have glass containers, but I'm very glad now to have the Chef Preserve and to have these dishes to use with it.

Great product. Totally leak proof easy to clean and it is great to be able to vacuum seal your food for storage. Just made large pot of soup and I was able to store it in these glass containers and vacuum seal it.

They are perfect storage containers. The mid size isn’t fitting perfectly and will not hold air tight like the other two. Overall I like the small battery vacuum unit. The bags are the best for freezer storage. NOTE! Don’t allow liquids to be touch vacuum seal. In error it happened when storing washed vegetables.

Love these bowls! Got the sealer for Christmas and ordered these afterward. First time I tried them they sealed with no trouble and I popped it right in the freezer. Works great! Going to order more.

The vacuum seals works for me and is DEFINITELY keeping stored freezer food fresher, longer as promised, thank you Chef Preserve. 5 stars for that. However, as other comments have stated, the 3 sizes (S, M, L) are much to small for valuable storage. On their website, they offer an Extra-Large size which I have ordered 2. I am hopeful this will be the correct size for my needs. We will see. Hope this helps others. Thank you.

I love the chef preserve system. It keeps food fresh for a much longer time. Things do not mold, mildew, or go stale anymore on me. The glass containers are just a plus.

Chef Preserve is a great product. These glass dishes are perfect for keeping cut fruit fresh! I would purchase them again!
