I used this spice mix to make Adobo Chicken in the Ninja Multi Cooker.I rubbed 2Tbs over the chicken; under the skin, inside & outside of the chicken (~2.75 lb chicken). Then I browned the outside of the chicken using the “stovetop” setting of the cooker. I placed the browned chicken on the rack that came with the cooker and added 4 cups of water to the bottom of the pan. Finally, I covered & cooked it for 1 hour 15 mins (375* “oven” setting; cooked until the chicken internal temp reached 180*).It came out very juicy & flavorful. I served it with lime wedges & corn tortillas. Yum!

Absolutely love this spice blend on chicken wings, fish, or sweet potato fries! It’s organic and gluten-free! We buy it over and over again. Also good in fajitas.

My whole family loves this spice. At least once a week we use this on salmon. It pairs well with other meats and veggies to liven up the flavors. I am glad they offer this in larger bags now.
