Flexatarian Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides-Unflavored 44 Servings, 1.1 Pound

I have never used a product like this before. My best (guy) friend suggested this company’s protein shakes. He uses Flexatarian’s protein shakes to substitute for a meal a day and he swears by it. He lost weight without giving up nutrition or starving himself. So I browsed through their product line and discovered this Collagen product. I read all the reviews and was skeptical to say the least. This stuff sounds too good to be true I thought. But my friend that uses their protein shake was so satisfied with his purchase, I figured I’d give it a try. At first I wasn’t committed, and used the product once every other day. A half a scoop in my morning coffee. It dissolves better in hot drinks and you can’t even taste the difference between coffee and coffee with supplement. Then I amped it up to everyday and soon started to feel & see a change. Most notably in my skin. I’ve tried every wrinkle cream out there but nothing worked to remove deep wrinkles and so quickly like this stuff. Now I faithfully use it twice a day. I’ve been on it for about 5 weeks and the results are amazing! Two of my closest friends think I’m getting Botox injections”. I most certainly am not but I took it as a compliment. Just wanted to share my experience.

I love collagen for its effects on nail and hair growth. You will start seeing stronger new hair and nail growth within a month. Flexatarian is a collagen bargain with a superior complete protein profile and lower price, so I've been reordering it for five months so far.The only drawback is Flexitarian takes longer to mix with a spoon and dissolve than some other brands. Just stir it into hot or cold liquids and be patient as it dissolves.

I tried this in my morning hot coffee and also in a blender bottle with cold water and I couldn’t taste it either time! (For the coffee I mixed it with one of those battery powered rapid mixers) and wow I can’t even tell it’s in there! As for the cold water, a little bit got stuck in the metal shaker of the bottle but dissolved within minutes.

I began adding collagen to my morning smoothies last summer. I was craving the added protein, and was hoping it might help shorten my recovery time between workouts as I was trying to increase my workout schedule. Purchased my first can from bodybuilding.com and was amazed at the results! I felt terrific, and my nails and hair were growing noticeably stronger. Flexatarian was my second container of collagen, and I'm just not seeing the same results. It mixes well into my smoothie with no added taste, but I'm not getting the same boost and my nails are back to breaking and splitting. Maybe it's a coincidence, but I'm planning to reorder from bodybuilding.com and will see if things improve again.

So excited about this product. My knee has been killing since I’ve gotten back into the gym so my friend gave me this and when I ran out I had to order. I’m drinking it at night with my tea before bed and it dissolves perfectly, unlike other things I’ve tried. People have been complementing my skin and my mom thought I got Botox with out her! And my knee feels better! What’s better then looking good and feeling good?

Still trying this product out, so far it’s a good addition to my diet, I recommend mixing it a hot beverage

My nails still splitting, joints the same. It dissolves well but maybe I just was expecting more. I drink a yucca juice that does more for my joints than this product.

The collagen is fine my container was half full I know stuff settles in shipments
