Purchased for my 40th birthday. It was a great kit.

I was excited for the set because it would match our theme, but so disappointed. The black rubs off on hands from the balloons. 2 of the latex balloons had holes and an awful smell and a lot of powder on them. The foil balloons are a bust. Only able to blow up 2 the others were sealed shut. Paid for a lot of items I could not use.
