Seldom used and phone stopped working after less than 2 months BUT The company upon finding this out promptly sent a new phone. Hopefully this one will last.

It has just the features that my husband wanted. Many phone #s did not download into the phone from the memory card, some were mixed up and it was time consuming manually correcting them. The 2nd issue is getting the phone to open picture messages. They download, provide the size of attachment and then nothing opens. I could not find any setting to assist with that, otherwise, he says it’s great and price was good

I got this as a back-up/Emergency phone for our home. The charging base is convenient, it gets -very- loud (if you want it to,) and it works great with a T-mobile nano SIM. The plastic of the phone, itself feels very... cheap... Even with the battery in it, the whole phone feels like a child's toy. I don't know if I would expect to fare well if carried around and used daily. It was a bit tricky to figure out the typing for entering contacts but I found that the Star (*) key gives you punctuation and the Pound/Hashtag (#) key gives you different typing options. The default typing feature is a weird (for me) predictive text that tries to guess what word you're typing by hitting each, corresponding key once. I, personally, prefer pressing the Pound/Hashtag (#) key and selecting "Abc" which allows me to use the "Multi-tap" method for entering individual letters manually. Thankfully, it saves your selected typing method, too. Overall, I'm really happy with this phone. It does exactly what I need to it do and not a lot more: Make/receive phone calls.

Don't waste your time or money. This phone doesn't have a ring feature! Quit ability to make calls too after just a month. Total junk!

The UI is exactly what I was looking for in a flip phone for my 80+ year old friend. Being a computer guy, I have an idea of what the perfect UI would be for a normal person. This one is it. Compared to my friend's current TCL flip phone. this one is light-years ahead in usability. Easy to get to contacts, speed dials, large LCD, etc. Using it on US T-Mobile network. Just popped in SIM from current TCL phone and into this one and voila!

It’s OK. I was looking for a flip phone for my 94-year-old mother. I want something very simple. This one is still more complicated than most of what she can deal with, unfortunately. The cradle for charging works, but you have to have the phone aligned just right for the charging light to go on. Unfortunately, sometimes my mom slips it back in and doesn’t have the metal contacts right for charging. I was happy to have a classical music ringtone that isn’t painful or offensive. I don’t know about the battery life, because it’s basically a backup phone that rarely leaves the charging cradle. We made a couple of calls, and the call quality seems OK. Had I looked more closely, I would’ve preferred one that has a time display or something on the front. This does not.

Contacted artfone as my wife took the phone to Italy and had issues getting the proper SIM card installed in the phone. Contacted artfone and they were willing to have a european version of the phone instead of the current US version of the phone sent to her in Italy without returning the US version to them. Artfone also said if things did not work out as my wife is terrible with phones that they would issue a full refund and we could keep the phone without needing to return it. I have communicated with artfone at least three times in regards to this issue and they have responded within a day every time, there customer support is super to say the least and I am blown away how they are willing to refund my money and let me keep the phone if my wife cannot get things figured out with either the US version or if needed the european version which upon my arrival in Italy in a few weeks I will see what can be done with the US version as wife probably purchased a Micro SIM card which is not compatible with this phone, it needs a NANO SIM card, so will look into having the Micro SIM card trimmed down to a NANO SIM card as advised by Artfone, this should resolve all the issues and my wife will be able to use the Artfone successfully as now she is using another phone which has a terrible battery life which she has used the past few years while in Italy, using the Micro SIM card they gave her a few days ago which I plan on taking out of her current phone and having it trimmed down to a NANO SIM card and used in the Artfone which has a excellent battery life. I have been buying masny items on Amazon for years and by far the customer support provided by Artfone is the best I have ever received.

Preso per un parente avanti con l'età e ne è molto soddisfatto. Il telefono non ha bisogno di istruzioni, anche se presenti, in quanto è molto semplice con menù intuitivi. I tasti sono grandi e ben visibili ed il volume è più che sufficiente. Prezzo piccolo che non rispecchia la qualità del prodotto. Unico lato negativo è la scatola del prodotto che rileva un po' il basso costo, però sinceramente preferisco una scatola stile merendine e un prodotto valido che il contrario ;)

Mein Opa ist jetzt 70 Jahre alt und sitzt im Rollstuhl . Hat Probleme mit den Händen so das ein altes Telefon mit kleinen tasten alles etwas erschwert hat . Jetzt kommt er sehr gut klar durch die großen tasten und auch mit der Ansage der Tasten die man drückt . Sehr hilfreich für alte Menschen . Kleine Features wie Radio und Taschenlampe sind auch vorhanden und einfach zu bedienen . ( Das hatte mein Opa schneller raus als ich😅). Zusätzlich noch die Notruf taste auf der Rückseite ist sehr cool gemacht so das wir 5 Nummern einspeichern konnten und diese nach und nach angerufen werden sobald mein Opa diese taste im Notfall drücken sollte . Das Display ist auch schön groß und man kann zusätzlich alles großer stellen von Menü bis zur Schrift . Sehr schönes Design auch für so ein günstiges Handy . Scheint auch Recht stabil zu sein weil mein Opa das Handy auch schon fallen lassen hat 😅.

Rommel! een batterij stand by tot 10 dagen? vergeet het, volledig opgeladen zonder ook maar voor iets te gebruiken niet eens 5 dagen.

Endlich einen Ersatz für mein geliebtes Samsung LaFleur gefunden. Durch die Zwangsumstellung auf 5G brauchte ich für die neue Sim-Karte ein neues Klapphandy, das trotzdem funktioniert. Es tut es wie gewünscht auf 4G. Ich will nur telefonieren und sonst keinen Klimbim. Begeistert hat mich, daß nach Aufladen und Einlegen Karte automatisch die richtige Sprache, Tag und Uhrzeit eingestellt wurde. Ich musste nichts in den Einstellungen machen. Außen die Uhr sehen zu können finde ich raffiniert. Es ist einfach mit den klassischen Funktionen zu bedienen. Das Aufladen in der Schale ist recht schick. Es ist nicht nur etwas für Senioren, sondern auch für Retros wie mich, die nicht den Blödsinn mit Smartphones mitmachen wollen. Preis-Leistung passt für mich. Liegt gut in der Hand. Tasten groß und gut zu drücken.
