Large. But I love it. Fitting is very tight... won't fall out with paper.

I thought this was too expensive for a toilet paper holder but bought it to match my virage faucet and other accessories. The center tube that holds the toilet paper wouldn't stay together well when changing the roll so I bought a cheap 2 dollar one at a hardware store and it works way better. Kind of annoying considering the cost! The directions also say to install it 9 inches wide which looked too wide on the wall so we put it closer together. I also think it overall just looks big on the wall. I can't really explain why and it might be because it's on the wall opposite the door and that's what you see when you walk into the bathroom, but if it didn't match everything else I would have returned it.

Very expensive toilet paper holder, but I bought it to match the other Brizo Average items I had in my bathroom. The cadillac of toilet paper holders! Looks beautiful.
