This is soooo cute! It’s just as described! It was super fast shipping and even had to contact customer service ( my postal worker didn’t deliver it to me but my neighbor instead) and they were super fast at getting back to me which is always such a pleasant surprise. Everything you need is in the package and all the letters are individually wrapped and labeled to make it super easy to put your phrase together. Highly recommend!

These were great. The perfect touch to a party!! Were easy to inflate and did not leak. Came packaged perfectly with simple instructions. Also loved that I could deflate them and store for another time. Would definitely recommend.

Most mylar balloons are very difficult to find the valve and blow up, these were THE easiest I have ever used. Will definitely purchase again if I need letter balloons.

I loved these balloons for my daughter’s birthday backdrop! Something about the script letters really elevates the look of your party decorations. They were quick to inflate and easy to assemble. I didn’t have an issue with mine deflating, they stayed sealed for the entire week I had them on display. I thought the price was reasonable for the 5 letters I needed, and they are pretty durable compared to some other balloons I’ve purchased. Because they are script letters, I found that they looked better after I attached them together with some glue dots. Most of the letters have tabs on the ends that made them easy to stick together, and it helped give the illusion that it was one balloon.

Everything was just as described. The letters work well, the inflating process was a little nerve racking as the instructions say not to force anything, but you do have to push a little bit to get the straw through the valve area. Just take your time and be gentle. They are very fragile so, I bought 2 sets to make sure I had a back up. The only reason they do not get 5 stars is because of the price. $18 for 5 little letters is quite a bit mostly since they are described as fragile and there is no guarantee of being able to inflate and deflate multiple times. Because of this, I felt I needed to buy two sets. If these were a straight $2 per letter, I would think they would be 100% worth it. At this price, nearly $4 a letter, I would like them to be more durable to guarantee multiple uses and the use of helium. I am tying other helium balloons to these to make them float. Also, you have to choose how many letters you want, but don't think they have to be all for one word. You could have multiple words and just choose the amount of letters you need because every letter comes individually packaged. Some letters only have 1 hole to string it up and can cause it to rotate and not be seen as well (this happened for the S for me). Taping some string to the balloon itself worked to solve this. If the company could add two anchoring points on every balloon, that would help a lot. These balloons look excellent, are easily strung together, and do the job well.
