I bought a few rubber snakes to help deter the male red cardinal birds from flinging themselves against their own reflections on our cars that are parked in the driveway. We are tired of the bird poop and scratches on our cars from the cardinals. This snake has seemed to work against the cardinals. Once in a while, the red-tailed hawks will peck at the snake and get annoyed that it's not alive, and then leave it alone until we move it again.The snake itself is great quality and heavy rubber with bright paint colors. It isn't moveable and stays in the same position. The snake looks pretty lifelike -- and the hawks think so, too. I would also recommend this snake to someone who is looking for a great toy for their little one.

We put these snakes on or around outdoor furniture having cloth cushions. Birds like to pick at the cushions during nesting season to extract the stuffing for their own use. These snakes are very effective at keeping the birds away.As a bonus, the snakes are so lifelike that guests always have a comment, and we have a brief topic of conversation.

Very real looking except for small dots in the red area...almost looks like seeds in a watermelon.

Coral snake: a little disappointed. I had hoped for a "posable" snake, but the material from which this guy is made is too stiff for that to happen. The body shape is very realistic, but the color stripes are obviously hand-painted, therefore they are less convincing as to realism. The plastic compound is without strange odors, and without the greasy feel of some flex compounds.Overall, an OK, but not great replica of the real thing.

We purchased these snakes to place into a fountain in our Arizona backyard to keep the pidgeons away. The pidgeons were creating a lot of doo and clogging the fountain. These snakes worked beautiful though after a few days we had to start moving them around since they are smart birds and figured out these weren't moving!

Have it tied to my fishing pole. Works great at parties. Scares the heck out of the guest

No use trying to pull a prank with this toy. It is not flexible at all and the mouth and eyes are just painted on. Can't have any fun with this one. Somebody tell me what happened to all the really good fake snakes?

Very realistic - used for a Halloween prop. Keep in mind that this is not as flexible as one might imagine.

Es muy bonita y le ha gustado mucho a mi hijo, que quería una serpiente de coral. Una pena que aunque es flexible, no se extiende y siempre mantiene esa forma de S. Pero bueno, es un mal menor. Por lo demás todo bien, llegó en plazo (super pronto).
