Good quality at a reasonable price. The half-gallon size is a convenient option that's the perfect size for refrigerating or freezing leftovers. To save money at the grocery store, I buy chicken, ground beef, and produce in large value packs, and then I use these bags to repackage the food into smaller portions before refrigerating or freezing it. The thickness of the bag protects food from getting freezer burn, yet it's still easy to see what's in the bags.

Perfect size for leftovers! Easy to seal. This size works everywhere gal size is too much! Kitchen must have!

I love the size of this bag! Can’t find it in stores. Seals great and are definitely reusable. It’s ziplock-so the quality is fine.

Great in between size bag
These are perfect when a quart isn't quite enough and a gallon is too much. These hold 2 lbs of shredded cheese easily, and are great for a couple steaks or a chicken quarter.

Perfect " in-between " size & wide too.
I would give 5 stars 🌟, but i feel it's priced rather high. Just the right size & shape for so many things to FREEZE. Hard to get the perfect size : gallon at times too big & quart too small...this fits right in between & it being ' wider ' than flat bags also helps. Now if I could get a lower price.

Love these!
I love these Ziploc bags. I always hated it when I had too much stuff for a quart size bag, but not nearly enough to have to use a gallon size bag. These half gallon bags are a perfect fix for this problem. They have the good, strong, no spill seal that I have come to trust with the Ziploc brand . They are much thicker than the traditional plastic bags, making them perfect for long term storage of just about anything.

These are efficient
Not everything needs a gallon size bag! These are efficient for items that are too big for a quart bag, but too small for a gallon one. These are incredibly nice for slightly smaller items. I use them to marinate chops or steaks. Freeze chops in the marinade. Works well!

Sits steady on counter while filling
These are nice to where bag will sit on counter while filling. Ziploc makes many good products.
