Quality, Sustainable Soap
This soap is amazing! It came packaged in a cardboard box, filled with shredded magazine strips (Both materials recyclable). The soap is lightly fragranced, it faintly reminds me of Nestle Abuelita chocolate, not too strong of a scent. The exfoliation is light for me since I don't have sensitive skin and I use harsher exfoliants like Lush's Ocean Salt. With that being said, this product didn't break me out or irritate my skin in any way. My skin feels squeaky-clean, without being stripped of any moisture. It's a tad messy in the shower since there are coffee grounds, but it washes away quickly. The coffee grounds are locally gathered and repurposed so there's overall less waste being made and that's great for the environment. I haven't tried traveling with it, but it's solid so I can imagine it great for hiking trips and etc! Overall, would definitely recommend!

The rejuvenating effect
They smell heavenly, like coffee straight from the pot! I love the rejuvenating effect they have on my skin as well. I feel like this cleans me a lot more thoroughly than normal soaps.

Wonderful
Such a cute soap with lovely design, scent and color, perfect for what I was looking for, which was more of a display item in the bathroom. They're a bit small, but come 3 to a box. Really love them. I'd love to use them as a soap, especially since they're made of natural products and used for exfoliating, but they're so pretty! lol

Gym bag smell
Smell great for about first 5 mins. After that it started smelling like week old gym bag. Thinking maybe I'm smelling something else. Tried again and yep right away bad smell.Doesn't leave your body smelling like week old gym bag. Thank God lol. The plus side it does make you feel clean afterward. Don't think bar will last over week. They are kinda small.

I can only say good things about this soap
I have been searching for an exfoliating soap that wouldn't dry out my skin. I used to use African black soap. That was drying out my skin. I stumbbled upon this soap online and I decided to give it a try. I'm glad to say I wasn't dissapointed! It's exfoliating and moisturizing at the same time. I've also been using it on my two year old son. He has sensitive skin and I'm very picky with what I use on his skin! This soap has been great for his skin. No issues in the past two weeks I have been using it. ! It comes in three small sizes in a recyclable box. I love the not so bulky size. It makes it so easy when we travel. It's very concentrated. I have been using one bar for two weeks now and it hasn't gone down in size much. I love everything this company stands for. No animal testing, eco friendly, and all natural!! Try it out, you won't be dissapointed!! I will update my review in a few months as I use this soap more

Not an eco-friendly company; would never purchase this product again.
States that their mission is to repurpose organic goods into innovative and eco-friendly products and that their packaging is 100% recyclable, and the exfoliating coffee grounds are repurposed to lower landfill waste. The bottom of the box reads: "Providing the highest quality beauty products while minimizing our footprint on the environment."First, the three soap bars you receive are little; like taking a normal sized bar of soap and cutting it three ways. As any soap user knows, once the bar is used down to a certain size, it's ready to be replaced. And since these pieces are already so small, it's not long before you reach the replacement decision point, but x 3, as opposed to x 1 for a normal sized bar of soap. So for a very high price for what's a normal sized bar of soap cut up three ways, you'll be going through these bars fast, possibly wasting more, and needing to buy more sooner -- not eco-friendly!The package is meant to give the impression of being earthy and eco-friendly. It's in a high-quality cardboard box (and not the recycled cardboard type), and the soap is surrounded with some shredded newspaper to give the impression of recycling/repurposing. Inside were some additional card inserts which were unnecessary. Then around Christmas time, I receive an enveloped Christmas Card (nice quality) from the “Urbanized Family" - at the time, I didn't know who the "Urbanized" family was or why they were sending me a card. Later I realized that the card was related to the soap purchase; - the card, of course, had gone right into the trash as junk mail. How very wasteful for a company touting itself as eco-friendly, wanting to help the world lower landfill waste, and promoting itself as a business with the goal of minimizing their “…footprint on the environment."In my opinion, overpriced soap (attractive looking and with a light scent, but nothing really special) and a marketing strategy insincerely meant to play to the conscious of people looking to spend their money in ways that contribute to a more eco-friendly world.

Perfect for dry and sensitive skin!
I am beyond amazed by this eco-friendly bar soap (even the package it came in is recyclable) It smells so good and it leaves your skin feeling exfoliated, squeaky clean and super fresh. It has tiny little coffee scrubs which is why I only use it 3 times a week since I have dry skin. Overall, it has a luxurious smell and it's perfect for those with sensitive skin. I am almost out so I'll have to restock soon!

I really helped brighten my skin
I like its scent. I used this to smoothen and exfoliate dead skins of my face. I didn't experience break out or irritation while using the soap, hence recommended to sensitive skin.
