These are good. My toddler loved the taste and texture. I tried it myself it's pretty good and I feel like it was working. Instructions says to take for like 3 months. I only bought it once because it's quite expensive. I think I'm going to try it again because I do feel like it worked, didn't seem like he was growing, felt stuck one size,but when the bottle was over he was half an inch taller.

Excellent product, it needs few weeks to show results. First sign was when my kids increased their appetite. Regarding taste is tolerable unless you hate “B” vitamins smell.
