Many of the coral tips would break when removing chocolate from mold...but after a few trial and error, you can get the hang of it. Even the broken tips still looked ok. Overall, this is cute mold and worked great on my daughter's mermaid theme birthday cake.

This mold is fabulous for gum paste...I tried to use chocolate, but it didn't work at all. The mold is way too shallow, so it all broke apart when trying to get it out of the mold. But it's great for more pliable mediums.

Works great with the sea shell molds also.
