Good product I have used 3 bottles

Im 49 yrs old female. I have done liver detox's in the past, either they gave me a bad stomach ache and diareah, or did absolutely nothing. I am on pain meds, for chronic neck and back pain & the meds have been backing Me up and causing my back pain to be unbearable. I could barely walk for 3 days, after a week on them, I have a spur on my lower spine, so if I get any bit of back up, I get extreme siatica, totally defeats the purpose for taking them, so I started looking for a liver cleaner and seen this one and I didn't see any bad reviews at all, so was a little spectical, but I bought it anyway and began taking, this will be my 3rd day. I took the 1st day as soon as I got them, without food, just a glass of water and was fine and I took yesterday with just water too, I did notice that my facecheecks turned real red after taking yesterday, but the red went away after about 3 hours, I felt ok. I have been feeling more energetic ( it's only day 3 so hard to tell if its from these) and have gone to the bathroom twice this morning and once yesterday. I can tell they are detoxing! I know my body well, I was having trouble passing Gass before taking these as well and I'm not anymore so, so far, so good. I also feel alot lighter & I am not bloated at all anymore, I'm gonna eat toast before I take 2 this morning. I will update, once it's had a week in my system if negative things start to happen,I do feel much better though. I drink 10 glasses of water a day and was still having trouble before taking these!

My liver enzymes are always really good. My husband takes them also and ,he too, has had great success.

I bought this product because of the ingredients and the reviews, but with further research I have learned that this product contains very low amounts of each ingredient in order help me with what I need.Probably ok for someone with a very healthy liver, but I have NAFLD so in order to help regenerate it I need higher mg of these ingredients and more than 1x a day, along with changing my diet and implementing daily exercise.Just because the ingredients are good & appear to be of good quality, doesn't mean the daily dosage is as needed. So keep that in mind when looking for a product to fit your personal goals/needs.

I have taken this for a week and I feel so much better. I have a ton of energy and don’t feel sluggish any more.
