This is a nice unit. Runs quiet and fills a tire faster than you would think. The auto shutoff feature is nice to have. I used it on a tire on one of my commercial mowers but actually got this to keep on the bike. I added a plug kit so in a pinch, I could repair and fill the tire in no time. That would at least get you back home and to the shop the next day for a more proper repair. Beats sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow! I may have to get another one to keep in the truck.Update:I finally hade that “side of the road” experience that I had prepared for. A group of my friends and I went to Texas to ride the Twisted Sisters. One of the riders suddenly noticed he had a low tire while in a curve, pulled it over safely and, found the rear tire flat. I quickly pulled my tire pump out and aired the tire up. Found that the leak came from the valve stem. He had been running tire pressure monitors that attached to the stem and caused the stem to bend at high speeds. We took the TPM off and tire pressure held till we got to a Harley dealer. They gave us water and free beer while they stayed open after closing and changed out the valve at no charge. My friend now owned the same air pump. Day saved!

Pump works great, but the valve stem connector is made from plastic and broke after only a few months of light use with my bike tires.

I am an extreme roadtripper that drive my car above 20,000 miles a year. I purchased this product because one of my tires gone flat frequently since I drove the car on the rough road a lot. After a week use of this product, I found out this is the product for me. It can help me to put air into the tires immediately instead of taking air service in an auto shop which is not easy to be accessed while you are in the middle of nowhere. Anyway, this is the product I highly recommend for roadtrippers.BTW, it does even come with a compact case that you can put this air pump into.

The portable air pump came on time and was exactly as described. I tested it out and it worked perfectly. I keep it in the back of my Suburban for emergencies.

This is a handy unit to have to keep your tires properly inflated. In the winter a lot of service stations remove their tire refill stations due to freezing. Now I can maintain the tire pressure at home all year. This works well for bike tires also.Nice functions as you just set the pressure and let it run until it stops. Even has a light in case you use it in the dark.Runs off auto 12 volt receptacle so the car needs to be outside and running to use.
