I like it portable, handy, really ez to sharpen my knife. every time is like suck on the counter top, hands free, slide, slide then clean with water in a minute.

Originally, I expected a bigger one. But when I tried to sharpen my knife, It works as advertise. Great to have it.

Different knives have different geometries. Our kitchen drawer runs the gamut from Brazilian to German to Japanese steel. The sharpener did an underwhelming job on most of our knives until I used it on the colored Cuisinart knives from Costco. It really liked the profile, or the steel and turned them into razor blades, very impressive. They are now my favorite knives and I just wish the sharpener did the same job on all knives. I used a drop of olive oil as recommended by some reviewers and cleaned the sharpener blades after each sharpening. Haven't worked up to stropping, but that's next on my list and maybe that'll make the difference.

Great price for a small sharpen. Very handy and does an excellent sharpening job. Suction could be stronger.
