LifeSeasons Blood Nourish-R has been a great iron supplement for me. It’s gentle, clean, and doesn’t cause constipation or that heavy feeling I’ve experienced with other brands. It’s easy on digestion, gives steady energy support, and feels light enough to take daily without side effects.

Avid distance runner who takes Iron as a form of insurance against foot-strike anemia. This supplement has caused no stomach upset despite the potency and increases both immediate and lasting energy. I would recommend reducing the serving size to one capsule at a time to avoid jitters/flushing from the huge dose of B12.

Works great but has an awful aftertaste

This does help with your iron deficiency overall made me feel better within a week just taking one a day.

I ordered one bottle for my husband months ago to see if it changed his blood work then I went back to the other brand so that I could measure which one was better. His doctor informed us that with the original iron pill he was taking l, his folic acid went down but with this brand his folic acid was great. So he could either take the original plus take a folic acid prescription or he could just go back to this pill and not take the prescribed folic acid. My husband is trying to decrease taking pills, so this brand is a winner!
