this is very hard to hear a heart bet it really low can hardly hear anything but it dose work just not as well as a profesional

Does not work

I have reptiles and rodents. I got this stethoscope to see if the tiny bell size would work better to listen to my rats breathing. Rats are common to respiratory issues so it’s important we keep an eye on this. I had the idea of the smaller bell worked I would then buy a better stethoscope of this size. This little stethoscope works great on my rats! It also works great for my reptiles. BUT if you’re a dr, nurse, vet or vet tech you would probably find them uncomfortable. Using them for long periods or often daily I think the ear pieces would hurt. Also not the best acoustics. I’mSpoiled by good stethoscopes my nurse mother gives me when she gets new ones. But for the once a day or couple times a week I need them for rodents and reptiles and in a quite room they get the job done.
