This review is based off of a two week testing period, where I tried the supplement and base my reviews off of that two week period.This supplement showed up on time according to the two day prime rule, in an Amazon envelope by itself. It had a plastic cover on the top as to not be tampered with before arriving to the buyer, as well as a cover on the inside of the cap as well when you open the cap. There was also cotton inside the bottle to keep the supplements fresh and from moving around during the delivery process.The supplements themselves are NOT coated, and do have a slight after taste, so I suggest swallowing them as soon as they are in your mouth. I was happy with these because I was able to stop drinking my coffee, and stop taking 2 other supplements due to the ingredients that were already in this formula, so that was a big plus. I noticed I had more energy around day 4 and on, and I definitely noticed my appetite change on day 1, no doubt. I was able to cut down on my junk food intake easy peasy with this supplement. My metabolism stayed on track, but it had already been that way due to taking other supplements previously.I believe this supplement works. I have had better energy spurs with others, however it most definitely gave me more energy, so it does work for that. I’ve been doing the Keto diet for about a month and a half and I found that I was dragging a little in the afternoons and was stalling. I thought I’d try a Keto supplement that wouldn’t bump up my sugar levels or thrown me out of Ketosis. I took these and it improved my energy. I tested with my ketone strips and I was still in ketosis too! Woo hoo!
