California Garden Fava Beans Lebanese Recipe 450g (4 cans)

The order contained four (4) cans. Each one had bad dents in the cans. But I opened one today and it was delicious although cosmetically you would think otherwise. It didn't have leaks or any bad beans. Just yummy fuul.

If you like Middle Eastern, food, or Mediterranean food, this is a good bean dish for you. They reminds me a foul mudammas I get from my favorite Middle Eastern restaurant. I just heated them and added some really good olive oil and squeezed a little lemon in them. Eat them with pita, hummus, a little tabouli salad, you could also chop fresh white onion and parsley to decorate it, I can’t find it in any grocery store that’s around here, so I was really happy that they had some thing like this on Amazon!

After years of ordering fava beans with damaged cans I am delighted to see how well packaged this is. The four cans fit into the box like a glove, so there was no room for damage. The Lebanese Recipe has a sour taste. I would've preferred to add my own fresh lemon. The beans taste good when further cooked with cumin and garlic.

Consistent with a few other reviewers. Had to throw them all away as the dents were deep and sharp made them unsafe for consumption

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Cultural identity drew me to what I’ve experienced as deliciously flavorful foods. These aren’t. All cans were dented, but I probably have a higher tolerance for shipping mishaps so I ate a can.

These beans are very flavorful and a great anytime meal, especially for breakfast.

These cans are so dented I can’t even use them. I don’t mind a little dent, but they definitely are big debts, and there is no return policy so I’m out my money! I wouldn’t buy here.
