You can stuff in it's pocket!
I wanted to be clear you can stuff this jacket into it's pocket, as someone answered that incorrectly.

Works for petite ladies!
Couldn't find many petite reviews so here's mine:The XS fits great! I'm 5'1 100lbs. I like boxy fits (especially for jackets since I layer a lot) so I was worried thinking I should get a S but the XS is still very roomy! The jacket length is perfect- doesn't past the hip too much. The sleeve length is long but that's fine. It's not a hard fix to scrunch it up or fold it.

Not waterproof just water resistant
I bought this mainly for running in rain. It's very thin and does not have any kind of liner on inside so you won't get hot. It will not keep you warm. It does help block wind. I've worn it running twice in the rain. The first was a downpour for about 5 minutes and then about an hour of light rain. Interestingly the hood worked very well at keeping my hair dry once I figured out how to tie the pull strings together under my chin, but my torso and arms were pretty wet. Not as much as I would have been without the coat. The second time it was light rain for about an hour and my shirt was damp all over when I took off the coat. The water seems to stay out for a little while but I feel like it starts soaking through once it reaches its saturation point. It kept me dry enough to keep running (no fun running in soaked clothes) but the jacket is definitely not waterproof, just water resistant. The medium fit well and I am 5'7" 160lb, 37" chest.

Perfect Jacket!
Just what I have been looking for! This is a lightweight rain jacket (not a coat for warmth) and will pack in a suitcase easily. It has a good cut for a plus size figure and is definitely up to Champion quality. I went up a size (2X to 3X) and it is perfect for layering with a sweater or light sweatshirt underneath. Yes,it is a "thin" jacket (which is the point in buying it), but well made with several features -- hidden hood, vent in back, zippered pockets, adjustable sleeve cuffs, drawstring at hips, etc. Since it is a a rain jacket the fabric is a bit "noisy" but will soften up with wash/wear. I did manage to get it for $34.00 (instead of $50) just by shopping round on Amazon and watching for a price reduction. Not sure I would have paid $50 for it. Gorgeous color - Purple Lotus ( actually more like a periwinkle blue). Nice to find something so pretty in a plus size.

A great springtime jacket
I wanted this jacket as a springtime transition between my winter coat and not needing an outer layer. This fit my needs perfectly. I live in Oregon, where it is often rainy, so the fact that it says it is not waterproof initially turned me off a bit. But for the price I was willing to give it a try. In reality, it repels water great, so I am very happy with that. I have not worn it in any downpours, but have in drizzly, misty, sprinkly Oregon springtime weather and it kept my clothes dry underneath. I got a size L - I am 170lbs, 5'7" and wear a 38D. The jacket fits me perfectly except for it is a little tight around the arms/shoulders. When I raise my arms, it feels tight, which is unusual cause I have rather small shoulders. But the rest fits nicely. The hood tucks away in its velcroed home at the neckline nicely - is not too bulky or uncomfortable at all. Lays flat and you cannot tell that it even is there inside the collar. The pockets zipper shut. I do wish there was an inside pocket, but there is not. The black color I chose goes with everything of course, and is true black.

Does the job but is falling apart
I bought this for an Ireland/Scotland cruise trip in June 2018. Original price was $30+ but with Amazon points came down to $26. While I am glad I had it for this trip, I don't think it is not quite worth even the $26 though. My husband purchased the $40 Columbia Men's Glennaker Lake Packable Rain Jacket, and it seemed to have no problems beyond the same non-breathability. It has all the same features as mine, and even has an inner pocket! To be fair, he actually hardly wore it so maybe it needs to be tested more. As for myself, the main physical activity that happened while wearing this jacket was walking.Major cons, discovered while on the trip:-Not breathable at all. Gets slick inside and steams up my watch even in cool and mildly humid weather.-Elastic strip that allows you to tighten the hem of the jacket ripped easily on my left side from just a gentle accidental tug, so I looped and tied the end around itself and clamped it to get it to not dangle. As a result, this jacket was not exactly wind resistant, allowing wind to fly right inside from underneath! I'll try to attach a picture to show.-Zipper doesn’t unzip on the left pocket because it is somehow missing (or always had missed or something popped?) a piece to stop for the zipper. It got caught and bent the teeth. Again, I'll try to attach a picture. I ended up trapping my phone in it on accident, twice! After husband and I both wrangled and pulled at the zipper, I used a pen (the only pointy thing I had) to jam it around the small opening at the top of the zipper and twist it around. It came free astonishingly easily the first time. However, during the second time, my pen tip snapped off and things got inky. Husband ended up ripping the zipper off which allowed me to tease apart the zipped section manually, but of course then I couldn't zip it back.Best features:-Water resistance: water beads up on the outside when water gets on it, but luckily the weather was so good that I never had to test it with actual rain. I only found this out from a splashing sink faucet....-Packability: extremely easy to pack but now with the left zipper broken off, I can’t zip the pack shut.-Light construction: VERY thin, helps it pack!I would recommend this if you don’t have high expectations beyond light construction and packability. Expected a bit better from Columbia as I have two fleeces by them that I’ve owned for years. Both of those have been reliable all the time and great for cool and cold weather.
