Perfect resistance weights from beginners to advanced. Very durable plenty of connectors from multiple hand grips to ankle straps. Usage guide to get you started and able to adjust to hit multiple angles. It was for my wife mainly but I have taken it to work and before eating lunch able to hit a few sets. Portable, removed excuses of no time. I was using some of my wifes older ones then it busted while doing files and I decided to step her equipment up. #Jym army

This band set is amazing. Extremely well made and relatively easy to use. Amazing workouts right out of the bag as well as a plethora of available workouts at jimstoppani.com. I have been a gym rat for years and never really put to much effort including this type of workout into my fitness plans. With the help of the Dr. Jim Stoppani and the JYM ARMY I have leaned to incorporate these bands into my lifts in the gym as well as by themselves when at home. What a great work out and a much different kind of sore afterwards. Fees like I am involving muscles or including areas that I do not normally hit. Excellent product I would rate 10 stars. Excellent compliment to gym or if you don't have room for a full home gym. Lots of resistance makes it great for beginners or more advanced lifters. The quality of these is unreal and the handles and included accessories make for literally hundreds of types of exercises. The bag is top notch with heavy duty stitching and zippers and fits everything and then some room for extra stuff. I would highly recommend this set of exercise bands to anyone looking to use equipment at home or on the go or in addition for a free weight program.

Hey Jim. Whats with the camo colors!? The best workout site is LiveExercise and they use the bodylastic bands which have differenty color bands. I have to put colored strips on the wall to be sure and use the same weight colors in their exercises because that's all they go by. The instructors ass-u-me we are using the bodylastic bands which make yours by the way?? The actual colors of Jim's bands are quite dark. the 3 and 5lbs as well as the 19 and 23lbs bands are the same colors. According to my wife all men are color blind. Really folks the pictures on the this site are photoshop to look more vibrant and they are not. If I lived in the woods I wouldn't even be able to see them hanging up. Other than that they are extremely nice for killing your body.

It comes with everything you could possibly need. I use it in my basement home gym. I have not used the door anchors. Instead I use the beams in my basement, my pool table, my bench, and anything else that's sturdy.It's Important to train muscles with multiple exercises. It also helps keep the person interested. I have been using Dumbbells only to workout. With bands I can add so many exercises to my workout.I recently started Jim Stoppani's Super Shredded 8 workout. I don't have a gym membership and can't do all the cable exercises in my simple dumbbell and bench setup. With this bands setup, I am able to duplicate any cable exercise and much more.These are so versatile and can be used in so many ways. It's a must have for anyone. And bands do work. I haven't felt sore in a while after a lift. I then implemented the bands and was sore until I got used to them.Bands can be used by a bodybuilder or a bodybuilders grandma. They can be used anywhere you go. They can be used for every muscle. They need to be added to your cart.

It's the best resistance band system money can buy. Bodylastics products are the best in the industry. I have probably bought 12 sets of bodylastic products for myself and friends as gifts. We are very satisfied. These band sets literally replace a whole gym full of equipment. I live in a building with a gym and my bodylastic bands give me an comparable workout. Thanks Blake. I have had multiple sets of bands and these are by far the best. Besides having a very informative workout plan with them, the changeable handles are awesome. My favorite part is the band sleeve. I have busted or worn out numerous bands and I am very happy with this protective sleeve. It should add years to my bands. I love integrating bands into my weight training for a unique type of resistance. Additionally, I am very happy to see legendary Dr. Jim Stoppani teaming up on this project. He not only adds credibility, but he is without question the greatest mind and body in the industry. His knowledge and enhancements to the training portion is worth the money alone. A very great buy!!!
