Perfect. They are dry but not old. That's always a concern with dried peppers. Nice quality and taste.

Excellent peppers. Dried, but still pliable unlike the peppers at my grocery store. Great flavor, mild heat. Rehydrated them to use for chili. I’ll order from this company again. I’ll add another pepper to get more heat.

Nice and flexible, ready for long term proper storage for use as needed. I was worried that they’d be dry, but I’m very pleased with the product!

I order a lot of dried peppers online. Guajillo peppers are my favorite because they bring a lot of flavor. The heat level brings a moderate kick to your cooking while allowing the flavor to be the star. I have ordered Guajillo peppers from Amazon for the last 10 to 12 years. This is by far the freshest and most flavorful brand I have encountered. The fragrance is incredible. If the quality continues, this will be my go to brand from now on.

These Guajillo peppers have fantastic, fresh flavor and a reasonable but not overpowering bite suitable for the whole family. Perfect for making your own enchilada sauce, but also excellent as a base for a table sauce for burritos and tacos. They'll need a little more drying if you're making chili powder from them, but offer a much better way to source chili powder than pre-ground as their oils are intact when you grind them, not sitting at the bottom of a huge commercial grinder vat. I use a Ninja blender with the smoothie cup and blade for just a few seconds to get what I need for a given recipe. Even cooking large quantities, I can have a cup or more of fresh chili powder in 2 or 3 minutes including seeding and stem removal.
