Strap too long
Very nice purse. They only complaint is the strap is too lying and doesn't have the piece that holds it in place

The shape of this bag is totally different from the one I received. Shoulder strap very uncomfortable & way to long. Even when adjusted doesn't look well with my height. Notwithstanding, it looks better wearing by the top handle to show off the material & gorgeous accessories.

Awful. It smelled so bad I had to put it outside. When I purchased it, it was listed as crocodile leather. Um, no. Returned.
